A great and very cozy place. Ideal location: the sea is nearby, the market is nearby, it is convenient to get there. Lots of food options. If you want - breakfast for 120 rubles in homemade coffee "At grandmothers" - if you want, walk three hundred steps to any cafe.
The hotel is very clean, the room has everything you need.
The atmosphere is very pleasant.
Hostess (administrator, I do not know the position) Nata solves all issues instantly.

We had a rest in September, we liked the hotel, it was cozy. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the location, met, drove, everything is great. The administrator Nata immediately told me where it is better to eat (the dining room "at the grandmothers"), where to go. The location is excellent, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, near the market, shops. The bus stop is also nearby. To the Ferris wheel, the embankment, where there are a lot of different cafes, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk at a calm pace.

I liked the hotel. At first, however, we were settled in a room with a view of the roof and the market, but we were with the children and asked to be moved to a room with a beautiful view. Thank you very much to the administrator and the manager Nata for giving us a great room with mountain views the next day. Everything is clean, everything is beautiful. Refrigerator, air conditioning in the room. There is no kitchen, and it is not needed, there is a dining room next to the grandmothers, the food is incredibly delicious.
The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. We hardly slept the first night, then we bought fumigators and everything became fine! The location is super, the view is super! I advise you to come. The price corresponds to the quality!

We rested with our spouse in early July, took a room for 4 nights and, as it seemed to us, we could have taken longer. Upon check-in, we were met by Nata, the hotel administrator, although we arrived much later than the check-in time. I must say right away that I was wildly upset after passing the checkpoint and extremely emotional. When I saw a room that did not meet my expectations, Nata quickly solved our problem and offered another room, which we fell in love with. All our problems were solved almost immediately through WhatsApp. From the hotel to the sea is a 5-minute walk, literally. We went every day and several times a day. We went to the sea through the market, where it was very convenient to buy something from souvenirs and fruits. Nearby we visited the Sunrest restaurant. The rest was completed on a positive note, we thank the Sabina hotel for this)

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we really liked the nature, the warm sea, the heat, the real south! The hotel was not chosen in six months, so out of all the evils they tried to find a smaller and more or less decent one. Sabina, according to the reviews, did not seem bad. The hotel overshadowed the impressions by the fact that it is impossible to sleep on beds and pillows from the word "at all"! If we didn't drink local drinks in glass containers, then it was just a sleepless night, in the morning my back hurts as if we were beaten with sticks. Room cleaning only on your own ((out of 12 days! The only thing changed the bed. The rooms are very strangely built (we rented a two-room one) - the main room is huge, small, very narrow and elongated, and claustrophobic shower-toilets!There are a lot of questions for the designer 😁Plasterboard walls, so the audibility is excellent👌with the dawn from the sun, the walls began to crack, the roof - everything! In general, it was not bad, but the mattresses need to be replaced and at least once to clean the room, for 60,000 without food per room is quite reasonable!

In the evening, it is better not to open the windows, they will eat, nothing affects them... There is a dining room on the ground floor, you can eat there, but we cooked ourselves, since the market is nearby. Delicious pita bread is baked in the next building, there is always a queue for it. There is a closed parking for cars, which is very convenient.

Linen and towels were changed once in 12 days.
There is a parking lot of its own.
There are gypsies in the market.. They weigh at least 1.5 times...and everything. I really didn't like it.
The wine is normal from 500 rubles. Which is cheaper, I do not advise..
Nature is awesome! We didn't have time to see all the sights... There are a lot of things and where to go.. I think it won't be the last time in Abkhazia!

For a family of four, that's the thing. The room is on the second floor, with a huge balcony around the perimeter, overlooking the mountains. Wi-Fi catches perfectly. There are also disadvantages, the wardrobe creaks a lot and the insects overpowered us... You can't sleep with the windows open, they'll eat you up... The fumigator does not work on mosquitoes. And there are ants, somehow they make their way to the second floor. The electricity was turned off a couple of times, not for long, for about 30 minutes - 1 hour. Overall, the impressions from the trip are positive. I was lucky with the weather.

For a comfortable stay, I do not recommend this hotel!!! The maximum is to sleep through the night out of desperation. We settled in August, it is extremely hot - the air conditioners turn on only after 24 hours and work until 10 o'clock in the morning, at other times there is not enough power supply (shops and cafes come off), so being here in a stuffy room is hell. And if you want to rinse off in the shower, cold water scalds you!!! - one boiler is common for the entire building, the water is consumed quickly in the morning and does not have time to heat up until the morning. The room in the bathroom is so large that you can inadvertently "get stuck" between the sink and the toilet and the shower. Mosquitoes are present regardless of whether you opened or did not open the balcony door. Parking is an overgrown plot of land in an unsettled courtyard of the building. For its price in August, 4000 rubles per day is expensive for this hotel. Upon arrival, if you do not like it and decide to leave, the money will not be refunded! I think you guessed about the creaking beds and ancient furniture. By the way, there are no normal blankets (towels are used). The address is not a real one. Not the first line at all....straight 450 meters. The market is nearby - qigans are trading, not only that the prices are breaking and they weigh a lot. I do not recommend eating in the canteens next to the hotel at all!!! All the "grub" is on their shelves in the heat all day without cold.

Now for accommodation: We had a triple room on the second floor (well, we chose it that way ourselves)), the room is large, bright, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the market))), there is even something in it, you always see when the pita bread was baked, when the market opened and the store))) Convenient! With all this, it's quiet enough! There is no noise or uproar. The room has three beds, a double bed and a single bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table with a decanter and cheerful cups, an electric kettle, a refrigerator. I would like to say separately about the television system, beyond all praise!!! It is perfectly configured, all channels are working clearly! The Wi-Fi internet works fine. The conditioner is powerful, it works perfectly, there are no foreign odors!!! The hotel is located near the sea and this is the only plus! The room was not completely clean upon arrival, you need to wash the floors yourself, since there are no maids there, only the manager Natalia, who is both the maid and the administrator. The bathroom is so small that you just can't turn around.

The boorish attitude of the hotel management. We were refused a refund for 2 days, which we were unable to stay in the guest house due to unforeseen circumstances. We tried to warn them right away, but all the same, we, the guests, turned out to be extreme, as we were repeatedly hinted at. When checking in, they do not give any contract, i.e. on what basis they do this it is unclear, money is more important than reputation, the management has not heard about high-quality service. We had a rest in early July 2023. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the smeared mosquitoes on the walls, which no one even bothered to remove! On the fourth night of our stay, my husband and I caught a Mouse!!! There was trash under the kitchen set, obviously not ours, but from past guests. The administrator, of course, tried to smooth out the issues that arose, but here is more a question for the owners.
Among the advantages-near the market, shops, canteens, the beach is close.

We had a rest in this hotel with our family.I liked everything very much.Next door is the central market, near the sea.On the ground floor there is a cafe "At the grandmothers", delicious, homemade food.A kind and peaceful country.And nature is just a fairy tale!Come to Abkhazia!
