The hotel is convenient in terms of location and proximity to Istiklal Street. Polite and friendly staff, with knowledge of the Russian language (to the extent necessary). There is always boiling water and bags of coffee and tea in the lobby. The room and the hotel itself are constantly kept clean. We were in winter - the heating works even with excess, the batteries were slightly covered so that it would not be hot.
Opposite, across the street, is the British Embassy, right in front of the hotel is a high-traffic street - additional entertainment, which special services and where they are going. The windows were double-glazed, so the noise did not interfere.

An ordinary budget hotel with no frills and surprises.

Convenient location, 500 meters to the bus stop, a little more to the metro.We walked about 700 meters to Istiklal Street every evening.the reception speaks Russian, which is a big plus, everyone asked what and where and how to get there.there is breakfast, but all our 6 days are the same, but there was enough before lunch.
202 room faces the road with a cool lot of traffic. There is no noise with the doors closed.the room was cleaned every day, bed linen after 3 days.
I recommend the hotel!!!
