To be completely honest, this is a holiday home from Soviet times. Even the hospitality of the hosts does not soften the overall impression. The pipes are noisy, there is no sound insulation, there are no air conditioners, the small kitchen is just terrible. Opening the windows surprised me, I even took a photo.
Of the advantages, dear hosts. Well, on the ground floor there is a direct exit to the street, it is very convenient. The lake is 10 minutes away by car.

Nice spacious rooms, I had a two-room separate one for only 8 USD. Clean, normal mattresses and linen. There was no TV, if anyone cares. Cafes and shops are nearby. Friendly staff, in the morning we took you to the transfer stop for free. The lake is a few minutes away by taxi.

From the good: heating is everywhere, it is warm. Of the cons: pillows with blankets smell bad, apparently someone sweated well, poor quality pastel, the skin does not breathe, probably that's why it stinks, buy ordinary cotton pastel as in all hotels!
When checking in, the pastel linen was changed in our room, apparently someone lived there before our arrival, but they did not wash the floors, etc., they found that the toilet was pissed off, the sink was dirty ((very unpleasant
I also didn't like that there was one lamp for the entire rather large room, which did not illuminate half of the room, in general, we saved on everything…

After confirming the reservation, we were not even expected. The photos on the sites overlooking the lake are pure lies. The hotel is located in a rather quiet place - a bad road. Dirty towels were given out in the room and the toilet seat was covered in drops, you can guess what.
