The hotel building requires facade work, of course, but inside the room was pleasantly surprised, large, spacious, there is a kitchen, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, the room looks like a small family. The furniture is new and good. If the room is on the top floor, it offers a great view of the city. Very emotional.

Apparently this is the only hotel in Smorgon. The staff is friendly. I was on a business trip with colleagues, we rented 3 rooms of the "highest category", I have room 62.
The room is spacious, clean, a comfortable double bed, there is a warm blanket and a plaid. A TV with a bunch of channels and a good Wi-Fi, a router right in the room, the Internet worked great. There is a huge refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery, only a sink was missing.
We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel, they cook delicious, good value for money.
Now about the disadvantages: there are no air conditioners in the rooms, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. It was hot in my room, and mosquitoes flew in when I opened the window.
Another significant disadvantage is the translucent curtains, I woke up every day at 6 a.m. from the bright sun right through the window.

I was very pleased with this hotel: we rented 2 two-room rooms of the highest category. Booking rooms by phone was quick and easy, polite and friendly reception staff work around the clock. Parking is free, right at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were on the 5th floor. Cleanliness everywhere, good fresh linen, there are not only personal and bath towels, but also towels for the kitchen. Nice light furniture, beds with normal flat mattresses. The bathroom, one might say, shone with cleanliness. Good water pressure. The Internet works well. The "equipment" of the kitchen corresponds to the description on the website. There is a very small cafe on the ground floor of the hotel, open from 7 to 19. In the morning, conditionally "complex" breakfasts (3 options for sets of dishes), in the afternoon we did not have lunch, but the lunch menu exists, in the evening, conditionally "complex" dinners (3 options for sets of dishes). The food is simple, but good, the portions are the most normal. They can make coffee, there are pastries - croissants and something else, delicious. Very friendly and friendly staff. Price level: dinner about 33 rubles (salad, meat or fish with side dish, compote), breakfast about 11 rubles (two courses and tea)

The hotel made a positive impression. I stayed in a single room.It is spacious enough, there is everything you need, including a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a basic set of dishes. The renovation in the classic rooms is not the freshest and most fashionable, but everything is neat. The staff is friendly. The only thing is, if you need Internet for work or communication, you should not rely on local wifi, it is only nominally available.

A hotel for everyone...rich and poor...it is very good to have a cafe right at the entrance to the right and it will give water and food at a reasonable price at a fairly good quality from 10:00 - well, they know the plans of our President - 24 - year quality... Indeed, the food is delicious so far...The staff is just great... the cafe is connected to the hotel and there is a good bathroom...the hotel itself is located near the Smorgon railway station and nearby you can say a whole set of trade enterprises...the architects did their best and correctly.

The worst hotel I had to stay in. Firstly, it was terribly cold, I had to sleep dressed, under a blanket and a bedspread (the second is the bathroom, which needs to be cleaned up and the smell of sewage eliminated!!! Besides, in the room ( in the shower) There was no water. When leaving the room, complaints were made to the administrator, she dialed the staff who should clean the rooms and after going up to the room again, it turned out that there was water in the room, it was just necessary to switch the "overhead shower", which was simply not in the shower, to the usual one, but when trying to turn on the water, I switched it on There was no water. I guess it was just blocked. After asking the staff why they were switching this "imaginary" shower, they told me that it wasn't them, but the tenants who had been before me, i.e. after they moved out, it turns out that no one even washed the shower (((
But, most of all, I was surprised by the reaction of the administrator, who said:- What did you want when shooting the number of the first segment? Well, to be honest, having rented a room for the night for 59 rubles, I just wanted to get a CLEAN room!!! And if there are any nuances with the water, you need to warn the people who move in with you.

We stayed in a room of the highest category, we liked everything very much: a clean, spacious room "without complaints" but there is everything you need, even slippers and a bathrobe.
In general, there was a very pleasant impression of the hotel: excellent work of the reception staff, very friendly and friendly, ready to help, delicious food, thanks to the chefs of the Provence cafe, where breakfast is held. Unfortunately, we overslept breakfast, so we were fed a delicious lunch)
During this trip, we visited many hotels in different cities of the Republic of Belarus, this hotel in Smorgon left a very positive impression, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the staff.
