There are many advantages, many disadvantages. Pros: excellent location, the very center of Tokyo, two metro lines nearby, it's quite quiet around and there are many shops and vending machines with drinks. Cons: the rooms are tiny (although in general everything is there), poor breakfasts (traditional Japanese, maybe someone will like it) and the worst thing is very cramped, uncomfortable beds. The double room had a 130 cm wide bed. If it weren't for the beds, I could turn a blind eye to other disadvantages, but I'll take a point for that.
