We had a vacation in July 2024! The usual 4! The main thing is that the air conditioners are new and work great! The bed linen is clean! The food is quite varied, lots of fruits and vegetables! A restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the sea! Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere! The sea was simply amazing! The location is convenient for evening walks around the city! I flew in on a burning tour at the height of the season with my two sons for 90k all inclusive, so just great! All impressions add up in proportion to the money spent!))

The advantage is that the beach is located right through the underpass, sun beds are free, umbrellas too. All kluziv, eat as much as you want. The variety of food wants the best, but what to eat was. The pool is cleaned every evening, massage works normally but for a fee. A cheap hotel compared to others of the same category. Now, on the downside, there are a lot of them in small things, there are serious ones. The room was never cleaned for 6 nights, it would have been swept with a broom. WiFi is paid. The faucet fell off in the first 10 minutes of being in the room, the light is dimly dim except when the sun hits the windows during the day. There are 2 elevators, but they drive very slowly, so everyone walks up the stairs, because you can't wait for the elevator., you'll be lucky if you have the 1st or 2nd floor, although the first one is not the fact that you'll be lucky because there will be a smell of food from the dining room on the same floor. It's better to take the 2nd or 3rd floor. The food is the same. I was glad when the kortofel puree appeared, there was 1 raaz in 7 days. And so, pasta, rice, some kind of meat and a strange sausage, salads are not edible, mayonnaise in them is some kind of local, but it is disgusting and there is a lot of it. The guide is trying to sell all the excursions at a very high price, for $ 80-160, my personal opinion is that it is better to go out into the city there are a dime a dozen such excursions, the same ones are just cheaper, there are simply no such margins as in hotels. In general, I bet 3 points. If you need a beach and nothing else, this is your hotel. In other cases, you will feel discomfort, by the way, the TV worked for exactly 1 day, then the antenna stopped catching.

We rested in July 2024 for 70 thousand per person. Among the advantages: excellent and varied food, the first line by the sea, warm and comfortable sea in Antalya, cozy rooms for their price. CONS: greasy dishes in the dining room, a small elevator, paid Wi-Fi, no refrigerator in the room, one big bossein where there are always a lot of children, the evening program is very meager, there is a small sandy entrance to the sea on the beach. A budget vacation is suitable for one time. If you take excursions and relax a lot by the sea and walk, then the little things of the hotel do not annoy.

The beach is large sand, stone slabs near the sea are not very comfortable to enter when the waves are, but the sea is blue and clear. Umbrellas on the beach are also tired, there are a lot of broken ones lying around and no one cleans them. 1 medium-sized swimming pool on site. The pool is like a swimming pool, there are mini slides. The food is ordinary, for a 3-star hotel. The fish was very rare, and it was not tasty for me (herring or fried mackerel did not understand).

Only the climate and the sea can smooth out the experience after this hotel. I will not write anything new, I will repeat all the comments... The rooms are cleaned: the linen is dirty, not ironed, the towels are yellow, the plumbing is broken, there is no hot water, after numerous complaints, sometimes once every 4 days you can wash in barely warm. Upon arrival, a full ashtray was waiting for us in the room on the table and towels in a tinted and carcass.
Canteen: dirt, lack of dishes, which are all dirty, glasses are collected from tables and if they are out of the water, they are immediately put on a tray for distribution. The halls of the dining room are not divided into smokers and not in any way, respectively, smokers do not care whether you eat or whether you are with children - they will smoke from all sides.
Food: they are frankly fed with slops, what remains from breakfast is processed into lunch, etc. The hot is always seasoned with spices, the children have been sitting on pasta and vegetables for the second week without it. I have never eaten such disgusting pastries in hotels, just colorful substances filled with syrup ...
The territory is small and everything seems to be not bad, except that everything is very tired. And, about half of the guests are Turks, they all swim in closed clothes, and not everyone has it special for swimming.
In any case, do not be fooled by the offer to take you to the mall for free to take a walk. You will be brought specifically to a fur and leather store, where former compatriots will start being rude and yelling "you're going to walk to the hotel now, since you're not going to buy anything, we don't provide a free taxi service to Alanya, even though you have to buy a wallet!". There was also a guy who introduced himself as the director of our hotel, who brazenly talked about an excellent discount for his vacationers. We turned around and left. We walked in Alanya and walked along the embankment half the way to the hotel (only 13 km)) there are taxis everywhere.
One star only for the proximity to the sea, across the road with an underpass.
I've flown a lot of places, and this is the third time to Turkey, and I could never imagine what happens in hotels.

The hotel is MODEST, budget-friendly. You should not come here with the idea that everything will be like 5 * for 300 + thousand rubles for two.
On food: they are well fed, there was enough variety, although I wanted more snacks.
There was always enough meat/chicken, delicious stewed vegetables, and we loved tomato sauce for pasta. Desserts were excellent, better than in many 5*-kah. Fruits for every meal, watermelons melons all the time.
Fresh vegetables, vegetable salads are varied.
In general, the food is good and tasty, they did not stay hungry.
Alcohol: decent beer, two types of wine, gin and tonic can be poured.
The sea is clean, very warm, few people swim far away, for some reason everyone huddles near the shore, as if they do not know how to swim. It is better to come a little earlier to put better umbrellas, although there was always enough space, there are a lot of sun beds and they are quite new.
There are plates, but they are not particularly embarrassing, you can get used to them.
The passage to the beach is through an underground passage. Vacationers can plug the pump into the outlet on their own if the water at the foot shower is confusing.) we used this opportunity.
By cleanliness: there is really a minus for the hotel: it is very difficult for them to maintain cleanliness, there are problems with washing plates and glasses, I advise you to choose carefully and meticulously.

We had a rest (two families with teenage children) in late July-early August 2024. The burning tour costs 47 thousand per person. Overall, for the price, the experience is good! Many rooms of the hotel offer a magnificent landscape: the sea, palm trees, a swimming pool. We didn't pay anything extra, we were all put in rooms with sea views. The rooms have everything you need, some guests complained about the lack of a refrigerator, we had one in our rooms. The laundry on the balcony was dried on chairs, there were no ropes, but nothing flew away)). Yes, there is an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom, I specially took a freshener after reading the reviews. Cleaning was done once a week, which is not critical. There was enough food, no one was hungry, on the contrary, they barely crawled out from the table, having eaten enough.))) Personally, I really liked the softest stewed beef. There were fruits every day: watermelon, melon, plum, apples. Oriental sweets. I didn't drink alcohol, but I saw that beer and wine were free at the restaurant and pool bar. The water slides are turned on for a while, they do not work all the time, but for several hours in a row. Starting at 7 p.m., they are no longer allowed to swim in the pool. The beach is huge, small, small pebbles, almost sand. Cigarette butts-yes, they come across quite often. It is possible to stay in the dining room for only 5 minutes, because the air conditioner is not turned on, and there is simply nothing to breathe until you lose consciousness. The pool is dirty and small. The elevator was constantly stuck.The road to the sea is via the subway, but there is always water there, it is very dangerous to cross the road at a land crossing, no one will stop.
The entrance to the sea is a small hole in the slabs, everyone is crowding, rubbing against each other in the sea, as there is very little space.There are not many sun beds on the beach, but it's a problem with umbrellas in general, everything is torn, broken, they need to be stuck into the sand themselves to somehow hide from the sun, and it's difficult for me, for example, a girl, to do this, I need direct strength.

Positive: beautiful views, the beach across the street, a swimming pool in the courtyard, varied and delicious food - you can choose for yourself. In general, everything about the dining room is relatively tolerable. The room is as old as the hotel, but the air conditioning worked and it made up for all the troubles. The reception staff can speak Russian (although it didn't matter to us, since they could also explain themselves in English). The pool was cleaned every morning, the water was always fresh. Cons: the hotel inside resembled a rural inn. The old primitive decoration, the rooms have old, loose doors, handles. Window frames and doors to the balcony from the last century (metal with dangling handles). The room is rarely cleaned and dust lies everywhere. Some of the bed linen was not washed, in general, with a smell, but since the cart with clean linen was in the hallway all the time and the guests just took clean linen and towels to the room themselves. On the very first day, it turned out that the shower horn was broken, but to the credit of the employees, it must be said that they responded to the request instantly and we did not have time to go up to the room, as an employee came and simply replaced the horn. Everything worked. True, I inherited it in the shower, but these are small things. In the dining room there is a lot of half-washed dishes, which are clearly not enough and the staff quickly collects used dishes from the tables. Alcoholic beverages are not very diverse: there is only tuborg beer and two types of wine (red and white). The beach is rocky, so it's not very convenient to swim, you can hit or cut your legs, and the waves can be quite strong. However, almost everywhere there are cut-down places where a soft entrance to the sea is made. Vacationers usually congregate there. You can go to the sea in rocky places, but in this case I recommend to stock up on swimming slippers (we took them in advance). You can walk on the rocky surface of the beach without fear. In general, despite all the disadvantages, the rest can be considered a success.

It is better never to visit this hotel. There is no free Wi-Fi at all, even at the reception. The room stock is very tired, two miserable elevators that you get tired of waiting for, and when you go you think how not to get stuck, the beach from the hotel is dirty, they won't even give you water for free at the beach bar, they will offer to go to the hotel. The passage under the road is dirty and squalid, filled with sewage water, closer to the exit to the beach there is generally a hole in which you will break all your legs, if anything. Of the two water slides, only one was included. As for food, you will not stay hungry, but the choice of dishes is very modest, do not even dream of an omelet for breakfast or scrambled eggs. I sincerely feel sorry for the people who got into this hotel for 7-10 days for their money. After staying in this hotel for 2 days, I can say that I nicknamed this hotel the sump. I do not attach photos, because I did not make them, so as not to take up memory in the phone. Who will read this review - it's better to pay extra again, choose another hotel and get positive emotions.

We were with our family at the end of July 24. Well, it's tough, we haven't seen this yet. Everything is bad. Starting with the elevators, they work, then they don't, then they get stuck. The elevators are both small, it is difficult to fit with a stroller. Some rooms do not have air conditioning. We had a micro fridge in our room that worked for 1 day and that's it. At the reception, they answered about the refrigerator: "do you have a refrigerator?! Many don 't have them at all." on the third day, the toilet was fixed for us, the drain did not work. The rooms are very small, there was a children's bunk bed, metal, almost next to our bed. A lamp hangs on the wall tightly to it, or rather it is dangling on wires. And the rooms are constantly shut off electricity.
They asked for $250 for changing the number to "normal"
The pool is very small and almost completely packed with people. Bar 1, by the pool, the bar is closed during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The canteen often runs out of cola and sprite. They offer beer, sour wine or fanta. Coffee is made from powder only. You can drink tea more or less. There is no water in the rooms. You can pour carbonated water into a bottle from a vending machine in the bar. There is almost no choice in the dining room, the dishes are dirty. And all the tourists absolutely with one voice "where did we get to ..." it's dark in the rooms and in the corridors. There are lamps with a motion detector, very low lighting. It's hot in the corridors. The pool is closed at 19:00 and chlorine is poured into the water. The bar closes at 22:00 and then a man walks around asking not to make noise, although we just talked and not loudly. But he will walk around you non-stop showing his displeasure. It was the first and last time in Turkey. Hurghada Egypt is simply not comparatively better.

We flew with my mother to 2024 in early July.
The ticket was taken 94.700 rubles.
1. The sea is terrible. Stone slabs, furious waves, gray sand mixed with all sorts of garbage, there is nowhere to wash your feet after the sand, the underpass to the sea is flooded with dirty water.
2. There is a bar on the beach, but it is paid and with very large price tags
3. Upon entering the hotel, you will be greeted by a Boor and throughout your stay at the hotel you will be treated like shit.
4. Terrible room. Initially, we were given a room with a terrible view. Later we changed to a room with a sea view for less than $ 20. But even so, the room turned out to be worse than ever. There is no refrigerator, the furniture is broken, the toilet is not working, the bed is dirty, the lighting is very dim
5. There is no Internet. There is only a fee for $ 3 per day for ONE phone. The price is terrible and even for this price you don't get a normally working Internet connection. It only catches in the lobby, and the higher your floor, the worse the connection. There is no fourth Internet number.
6. The food is poor. The fish is dry, there is no meat except chicken, the vegetables are sluggish, the drinks are diluted, you will not find anything fresh there. The plates are greasy and stained.
7. There is no entertainment. In the evening, they turn on only music that only keeps you awake.
