- The Internet works disgusting, I've been using my phone as a modem all my stay. - There is no gym and spa, they just give you a card for a one-time visit in another area of the city. It is a one-time trip, i.e. you live for at least a month - you can go 1 time. - The wind blows cold from the windows - The electric meter is noisy at night + a normal breakfast + they clean well

It didn't work out from the very beginning. Check-in from 8:00 was indicated in the booking. We arrived at a little over 10. We were kindly informed that they had check-in from 14:00 and our room was not ready and sent for a walk. At 15:30, the receptionist, apparently not recognizing us, also informed us that the room was not ready, but offered to consider an alternative in the form of a room with a window under the ceiling. Since there was no longer any strength to walk, as well as the hope that the room would be cleaned in an hour, we agreed. It was very hot in the room, the window under the ceiling opened to a small crack. They turned on the air conditioner... it wasn't there... it works like a fan… Similarly, the refrigerator in the room, which was mistakenly called a mini-bar, does not work. By the time all this turned out, the receptionist had changed at the reception, who kindly informed with a sweet smile that the problem was in the entire hotel and she would definitely tell her colleagues who would fix everything overnight and a specially trained person would come tomorrow who would make the minibar cool. The midnight did not happen. The Sabbath happened, and then Sunday. Apparently, specially trained people do not work on official weekends, spitting on hotel guests. The reception continued to sweetly repeat the mantra about the midnight fix, which eventually happened on the fourth day right before departure. In fairness, I must say that after contacting the aggregator, we were offered to look at other rooms, but the air conditioner also did not work there. The issue could only be solved by changing the hotel, but everything was thought out here - a full prepayment. Fortunately, the heat has subsided. For other questions: breakfast is acceptable if you come to the very beginning. But it doesn't happen every day. The tables are dirty, you have to ask them to remove the crumbs. The tablecloths are stained. Wifi is disgusting. There is speed, but no coverage. So it's not a foursome at all. Two at most. I don't recommend it. At all. Look for other options. Oh, yes, I almost forgot. The kettle with crackers was brought on the last day. A complement, apparently
