Very uncomfortable rooms. Closet, window, no TV, it's cold. In the room offered to us, the door lock was broken. The door, with a slight movement of the hand, with the lock closed, opened one or two times. After long negotiations, our room was replaced. But it's still not cozy, a very small window that looked out into some kind of crack, and the door wouldn't close. The kitchen on the first and second floor is a complete trash! In short, a hostel, right here is absolutely for the picky. We booked a specific room two weeks in advance and made an advance payment. When we arrived to check in, we were told that everything was occupied. How is that?! The price for the room was 5-6 thousand tenge. For this money, friends in the city center rented a room in a hostel, their price includes breakfast, access to the hostel's pool and sauna. I do not recommend this hostel. They're working on getting rid of it.
The repair is poor, there is no sound insulation anywhere, some toilets do not work, the showers are dirty. The window in the room did not close (there was no handle). The heating worked well, there was a valve for regulation, outside the window I had a view of a brick wall at a distance of less than one meter. In the neighboring rooms, someone was always having sex, from one side to the other, then from above. I lived for three weeks simply because of the price spike due to the influx of Russians.
