Upon arrival, nothing was completed. The rooms are at different ends of the floor. When checking in again at 14.00, they asked for a baby bed, by 19.00 there was still no bed! There is no information in the room about how to call the reception, another room, etc.! But there is a piece of paper with the name of the Wi-Fi network and a flogger for Wi-Fi, which is not in the room! After I went down to the reception and asked questions about the Internet, the manager asked a colleague which room we were staying in, after hearing the number , it became clear that they were aware of the lack of Internet. The manager explained to me that yes, no, the floors and the Internet does not reach all the rooms! This is in a hotel with only 4 floors! The baby's bed was never brought into the room!!!! And this is a 5 star hotel! The service is monstrous! In room serves from 14.30 you can only order sandwiches, that is, arriving with children there is no way to feed the children with a normal lunch! This is the worst hotel I have ever met in my 20 years of experience living in the mountains in Europe!
