Nice hotel. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and cozy. We stayed here twice. A quiet courtyard and you can park your car, which is very rare for the center of Tbilisi. The location itself is simply the most central. The Peace Bridge is a minute's walk away. Wherever you turn, there are interesting places and buildings everywhere. You can wander endlessly through the streets big and small. Opposite the Spar, where you can buy water, have a snack. I highly recommend it!

The room is small 20m2, but sometimes smaller, modest, without show-offs. There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, refrigerator. Veranda on the 3rd floor 🔥
The place is in the very center but VERY QUIET! This is a rarity for the center, it is usually very noisy. There is a 24-hour cafe nearby, which is a rare phenomenon for Tbilisi.
The owner of the hotel, Lasha, will help with any questions. Hospitable!
Cleaning every day.
Take an extension cord, it is always convenient, there are few knapsacks.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi.The room is clean, the linen is fresh, there is a kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee, sugar. That's just there was no air conditioning in the room and poor sound insulation.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cozy and have everything for life. The location is great! Close to busy streets, attractions and the center. I was especially pleased with the terrace: you can sit with friends, there is a lot of space, it is fresh, there is air conditioning and dishes.

Excellent location, literally at the foot of the hill, a step away from the Funicular. The view is stunning, comparable to the view from the hill with the monument to the Mother of Georgia. Breakfasts on the roof are also amazing, and you want to sit there for hours. Of the cons, the breakfasts could be improved, and the room stock is not in the best shape.
