I was at the hotel in 2008. Yes, it's modest, but everything you need is there. The beach is five minutes away and the station to Barsik is also at hand. And Calella itself is quite quiet and cozy - pleasant memories.

The beach is very close. The rooms are Spartan. The furniture is old, but everything is working. Air conditioning is not available everywhere. The breakfasts are modest.
You can live.
The biggest plus is the location.
