We stopped at this hotel on the local beach, for 20 manats, there is an indoor pool with changing rooms and a towel, a gym with exercise equipment, an outdoor pool and sun beds on the beach! I also liked the bar very much, polite waiters 👍 beware of dogs on the beach, stealing sneakers😀😁👎

I have known about this place since 2007, when I came to Baku on a business trip. My future husband recommended this hotel to me at that time. And then I could not imagine that many many years later our daughter would fall in love with this place, and we would come here every year. for a month. My father-in-law and mother-in-law and other relatives from Baku also visited here. My mom and dad were with us last year. And this year my sister is vacationing here with us.
As the years go by, a lot has changed, the staff has changed more than once, but still the service remains at a high level, the staff are attentive and responsible so much that none of our requests are ignored and not fulfilled..
I am sure that this is thanks to competent management and
a permanent leader,
whose vector of actions and efforts is always directed towards the client.
This is exactly the case when the hackneyed label "The customer is always right!" is put at the top of everything here and all staff, without exception, are guided by it.
A great place, clean air, sun, sea, excellent service, good cuisine, helpful staff, and what else do you need for a quality holiday?!

The room stock is quite shabby, old bed linen with holes, towels and bathrobes washed out of nowhere. There is nowhere to dry things wet after the beach.
The sea in this area was very dirty on our dates, fuel oil and plastic bags were floating everywhere. The beach is dirty, all overgrown with grass, the staff doesn't give a damn, no one cleans. There is an abandoned overgrown volleyball court on the beach.
We were asked to put umbrellas with sun beds on the beach, but we were refused. Not far from the pool there is a very tired plank pedestal on which umbrellas are placed very lazily by 12 o'clock, but these umbrellas are about a hundred meters from the sea. Nails are sticking out of the planks of the pedestal, but the staff does not notice this. Therefore, I had to go together with the staff to hammer nails so that the children would not get hurt. The playground on the beach is broken. The staff noticed that it was unsafe for children and nails were also sticking out, but it was simply fenced with a fence. The squash promised upon check-in turned out to be paid later. They tried to use a treadmill in the gym, couldn't turn it on on their own, there was no power supply. We turned to the staff for help, came and looked, but did not help in any way and went on with their business. We applied again, called the girl from the reception, who eventually helped us, but the whole process took about half an hour. It's the same with the big TV in the gym. We wanted to turn it on, but we couldn't find the remote control. The search for the remote control by the staff also ended in a fiasco.
The pool outside is dirty, the pool walls are covered in slime.
Breakfast and food in principle at the hotel are quite decent, but the problem is that you need to stir up the staff for this. If there are no management staff, then the breakfast buffet will be completely empty. They asked to cook porridge for the children, they said that there was no porridge. And, to tell the truth, there were no staff. Then someone with the habits of the director came, porridge immediately appeared, food on the tables and staff. It's the same at lunch and dinner, it's very difficult to catch a waiter. Either there are not enough staff, or they do not want to work and are hiding. That is, if you need something, for example, to clean dirty plates, bring a menu, bill, etc., then you need to go into the room yourself and catch the waiter, look towards the waiters and raise your hands is useless! It takes a very long time to wait for an order, at least an hour. All the time there is a discrepancy in the cost of the order between the receipt and the prices in the menu. But with all the disadvantages of the restaurant, the quality of the dishes is very decent! Apparently a very good chef in the kitchen.
As a result, we left the hotel a day earlier.
The final summary is that the staff is friendly, polite, but no one wants to do anything...
