Even 1 star is super-high rating for this place. Just a waste of money. Messy rooms, dirty pool and the worst fitness-hall. Better find another place. BTW they don’t follow their schedules of cleaning, working hours etc.
A real return to the Soviet Union. Everything reminds of this:
- there are no contacts in more than one card;
- the staff knows everything and does not know;
- the rooms are stylish and surprise with the quality;
- there is one NTV channel on;
But the best location in the city!
I stopped twice. Both times one of the elevators did not work, the shower head fell off, the blanket was burned by something. At least the staff is polite.
Of the advantages, perhaps only the size of the rooms, they are quite spacious. And everything else is cons, namely, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly (so, for the sake of looking like they've cleaned up, but they don't wash the plumbing at all, "stalactites" have already formed on the taps in the bathroom-toilet), the furniture in the rooms is all stained and "very tired", the breakfast is shameful (I had to to ask for at least fried eggs, otherwise you won't come-it's empty), the reception staff is arrogant and boorish (it was such that after calculating the room, counting the bills received and issuing checks, they called the room and said that we didn't give them 100, then 200 somon, we had to go down go down and prove with the guards that you gave them everything). But how much importance the hotel staff attaches to themselves, not forgetting, on occasion, to mention once again that they are the owners here and as they say, so it will be. And, of course, the cost is sky-high. In general, the impressions are only negative, I will not stay there anymore!
The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, but very shabby. The suite we stayed in was very "tired") The carpet is dirty, the furniture is shabby. But the staff is polite and smiling. For a C grade) And expensive)
