We were in Tbilisi with our family in November. We stayed at this hotel. A cozy and clean hotel. Very pleasant and hospitable hosts: Nodar and Nino. Everything in the rooms is homely. These are not impersonal hotel rooms, but lovingly created cute interiors. Everything is perfectly clean and the lobby smells of fragrant coffee. Nodar treated us to this very coffee, and also wine. I would like to thank you once again for the warm welcome and the services rendered to us. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for rest and accommodation. There is a metro station nearby, an excellent restaurant, pleasant cafes, a market.

The hotel is small but cozy. Friendly staff.
The room is clean, towels can be changed independently at the specified location. Cleaning on demand.
The hotel is located in the Dynamo arena area and during large sporting events it can be noisy at night, but the rest of the time it is quiet at night.
Within walking distance of desert bazaar, grocery supermarket, McDonald's.
The hotel owner asks you to cancel your booking at Booking.

Excellent location, convenient transport infrastructure, close to the center, while in a cozy place where it is quiet. Very friendly host and staff, all the stated services are available and in proper quality, the host threatens with his wonderful wine. I liked everything. Oh yes, parking is free on Archila Kurdiani Street, you can always park your car.

Very pleasant and hospitable hosts, lived for 5 days, everything is very comfortable, a cozy room (there is a kettle, necessary utensils, a mini fridge) and a bathroom.
Everything is within walking distance.
I will definitely come back when I'm in Tbilisi :)

A great place to stay. A quiet, peaceful place. There is a subway nearby. To the city center by taxi 5-6 GEL 10-15 minutes. The airport is 25 lari 25 minutes away. An excellent hotel with a good renovation in the European style. The friendly hosts will welcome you as their own. The proximity to the railway station and the metro will also be a huge plus. A 5-minute walk from the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket (Fresco) and a good restaurant with Georgian cuisine (Samikitno Machakhela). It will also be a plus that you can buy delicious homemade Georgian wine and other drinks in the lobby of the hotel.

We lived here for four days, I'm delighted, the sweetest hotel by the type of guest house
we had a room on the second floor - ceilings under 4 m, very nice fresh renovation, clean, spacious. Nice furniture, shower room
It is not expensive relative to other options in Tbilisi.
Of the cons: audibility, creaking floors, there was no water at all for 2 days. Of course, the owner is not to blame for this, but this moment spoiled our rest a little)
