The hotel is just "zero"... - when checking into the room, nails were found on the floor, apparently it was even too lazy to clean, towels were dirty with hair, there were no glasses and glasses (only 2 plastic ones were found in the bathroom), there were no hygiene items at all... only soap, a broken safe, I had to carry things with me, the location is close to the train station, it's very dirty and there are a lot of people around, there are no advantages at all.... Wasted money
If it were possible to put 0, then it would be fair.
The room is not habitable due to complete non-compliance with sanitary safety standards. Mold, fungus, leaks on the ceiling, mold and fungus in the shower, crawling pinworms, including on the bed, dirty bed linen, peeling and stained wallpaper, worn furniture, dirty floor - enough to spoil any mood and impression for any person staying at this hotel. Plus, there is no air conditioning in the 4* hotel, glassware in the room and a terrible unpleasant stench. Breakfast - pigeons on plates on the terrace and dirty cutlery. We couldn't spend the night in such conditions, we tried to replace the room, but they all turned out to be similar. At the same time, the staff looking at the mold and fungus on the ceiling say that this is not a problem, but at the crawling pinworms - they say that the hotel building is old, what do you want. We got to this hotel by chance - we bought a group sightseeing tour of Italy. You can't expect much from European hotels, but compliance with the basic requirements of sanitary standards in a 4* hotel should certainly be unconditional.
Excellent location - close to the train station and convenient access to the center and attractions.
It was extremely pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view.
The room is pleasant, neat, comfortable (although it does not hurt to refresh the renovation).
