Stayed with friends on 09/19/2018. Nice hotel, clean, cozy. Responsive staff. We left early in the morning, asked for lunch boxes, cooked without any problems.

This time it was absolutely terrible. I checked into a single room, found dirty bed linen (stains), asked to replace the bed linen. The remark was accepted, but they were in no hurry to eliminate it, waited 30-40 minutes, called the administration and replied that the cleaner was busy. I decided to go on business and asked to change my underwear before my arrival. I arrived in 1-1.5 hours, everything was in the same form. As a result, I moved out of the hotel

We arrived at the hotel at 6:00, stood for 2 hours on the street waiting for the door to open. We managed to sleep on the suitcases. Suitcases must be lifted up the stairs to the 4th floor. When I left, I left my headphones in the room. I called the concierge, they said they would give it to a colleague, they did not.
