I was there for 10 days in April. Like it. The person is good, they offered to wash in a washing machine, the breakfasts are good. There are no Russian-language channels, only Bulgarian and FREEDOM, it is impossible to watch the latter for a long time
Overall, the hotel is not bad. But it's definitely not 4 stars - a confident three, because there is a feeling that the price is too high. It's small, everything is civil inside, but it's old and a little shaky. The staff is responsive, there is definitely enough variety for a week. There is a parking lot, there are two stops nearby to get to the center, the metro is a bit far.
