Excellent location of the hotel
In the very center, near shopping malls, restaurants, shops, the sea and the beach across the street.
The hotel itself is quiet, the street is not audible due to the location.
The furniture in the rooms is old, the door to the toilet was poorly closed.
The air conditioner didn't work well, especially during the day.
Sometimes I blacked out at night.
There was a refrigerator in the room, it worked well.
There was hot water in the shower, but not immediately. You need to turn it on and wait. Melt the bathhouse, so to speak.
There are broken sun beds on the territory.
Everything is clean, cleaned, the pool is being cleaned
I met a snake on the territory, I was very scared
There is a gym around the clock, I have never been there.
The staff is polite, they settled in quickly.
There was no breakfast at the hotel (there are plenty of good cafes nearby).
There is a currency exchange near the hotel. The 7/11 store, where you can buy everything you need.
Overall, the hotel represents an ideal value for money.
To the 5 Hotel for its excellent location and service.Nearby there are exchangers (on both sides), the 7/11 store (also on two sides), the Alcazar show.5 minutes to the "Festival", one way,10 minutes to the "Terminal21".The reception service is excellent. No request was refused, everything was fast, without excuses.A small (for me personally) disadvantage was the lack of a balcony and wet cleaning (only swept). But replenishment with water (2 bottles of 0.5 liters each), tea and coffee set, change of towels-daily.The old room stock is also not terrible:everything worked well."5" absolutely deserved.
Great location! The first line from the ocean and to the party places is very close! The hotel itself is a great solid 4k! The contingent is mainly Europeans. The breakfasts are very decent. The pool is not small and clean. The rooms are normal, the most ordinary. But the highlight of this hotel is its location!
Very conveniently located, between Beach Road and Second Road, there is a passage to both streets, near the Terminal and the Festival, the rooms are spacious, the territory is well maintained, the pool is large, there is a small part for children, breakfasts are monotonous, but they never stayed hungry, there are not enough pastries, coffee and fish dishes. The service is excellent, the staff is always friendly, the room is cleaned daily, towels are changed daily.
Three stars, that's a very big word, so I'll put two.
The hotel is old, in need of repair, the rooms are dirty, you can not hope for high-quality cleaning even for tips, doors, furniture, air conditioning, sound insulation leave much to be desired. The breakfasts are so-so, everything is monotonous - chicken, rice, fried eggs, rice soup, sausages, if you come early from 6 to 7, it will all be cold. Watermelon and melon are made from fruits, there are pineapples, once in 12 days there was papaya.
You can count on the responsiveness and quick reaction of the staff, they will smile at all comments and requests and promise that the administrator will come, look and fix everything, but every time they find reasons and postpone promises for tomorrow. Many thanks to the tour operator Level Travel, who accepted all the pain and made compensation through a discount on the tour.
One plus is the Tropics, this is the first line, perhaps it will be very important for someone, I mean those who plan a daily beach holiday in far unclean water.
Not a big, but quite a comfortable hotel! Respectful attitude of the staff! Everything is clean and tidy! Quiet and calm! Breakfasts are generally on fire!
The hotel is terrible. Don't get fooled by the beautiful pictures on the websites. I don't know where the positive feedback comes from, but I hope my photos will reliably show you what form he is in now. The pool is dirty, it's scary to approach it, not that swimming from it is like bubbles coming out of a swamp, I attach a photo. I had to wash the floor because it was disgusting to walk on it with my feet, they turned black and sticky in a second, I will say right away that I do not expect cleanliness from Thai hotels, but this one is shocking. The curtains are black with dirt and dust, you will find everything under the bed, the balcony has not been washed for six months for sure. Unfortunately, the photo does not convey the smell in the room that comes from the grid in the wall of the so-called air conditioner, the smell of sewage, dampness and who knows what else. To my complaint that I was sick of this smell, they politely smiled and came with a spray of freshener. I had to smother the linen and curtains with my perfume in order to somehow survive these 2 days! We were lucky that we decided to rent this hotel only for such a period to begin with) The only plus is that all the staff are very polite 😂

I had a rest in March 2024.
It is located next to Beachroad Street, about 200 meters from the sea.
In principle, a quiet hotel, although located next to a noisy street, 2 swimming pools.
There was almost always one person swimming in the pools during the day.
Cons: there are few sun loungers, the rooms are a little tired.
Pros: Quiet, green area, cleaned every day (bed is changed every 6-7 days), normal breakfasts, do not bother. Fruits include watermelon, pineapple, plus papaya or dragon fruit.
If I go, I'll stay at this hotel.
The food is delicious, the location is convenient, the rooms are large, with a balcony, overlooking the pool. On the balcony there is a table, chairs, cozy, cool pool
There were mosquitoes in the room, bought fumitox
It will do for a couple of nights, no more. Otherwise, it's like this. 1. The trouble with the air conditioner is that it blows too much, then it doesn't blow at all, then it turns off by itself. The device for regulating the air conditioner is half-dead on the wall. 2. The TVs are old and also half-dead, the television itself was not interested, and besides it, only YouTube works adequately. 3. The drain button on the toilet was constantly stuck and the water was draining, annoying with its sound. 4. The cards from the room constantly stopped working. We went out to the store and returned — the card does not work. We left in the morning and returned in the evening — the card does not work. I constantly had to run to the reception and rewire the card to enter the room. 5. Problems with the wiring. You turn off the light in the toilet — the light in the main room flashes. You turn off the light in the room, the TV goes out.
The only significant advantage is the location. Otherwise, I do not recommend it, we will not return here again.

In general, it's okay to spend the night, it gets very noisy during the day, construction on the street on one side, birds on the other.
The hotel is very tired, the breakfasts are ordinary, but for the price it is fine, the location of the hotel is very good.
Located in the very center of the first line you leave the hotel and immediately the beach. Near the seven eleven store, cafes, bars, shopping center. There are 2 swimming pools on site. In principle, for three stars, the hotel is completely excellent👍
We had a rest in 2012, this is the first visit to Tai. The hotel impressed-it is an oasis among the bustling street life. 2 swimming pools, we lived in a large building, balconies overlooked the pool. Good service, delicious breakfasts. There is a territory, albeit not very large, but well maintained. I remember that the safe was at the reception (maybe something has changed in 10 years)
The hotel is not bad.The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious.Nice pool, not bad rooms. They take a deposit of $ 100, which is not very convenient. The safe is free at the reception.A big inconvenience is the closed passage to the 2nd street. With one-way traffic, the tuks had to walk an entire street back to get to the hotel grounds.Especially when you come back from the island of Lan.There is also the Sevan elevator closest to the hotel and a fruit market. At first, they climbed through the barrier, but apparently the hotel management was not satisfied with this. After that, they wrapped it with barbed wire instead of opening it.Think about the convenience of the guests. This was probably the only big disadvantage for us, since we still had a small 2-year-old grandson with us. We had a rest in December 2022
A magnificent hotel!!! They have been housed in it for many years , about 10 times . It 's like Grandma 's house , quiet and cozy !!! Closed territory , but on the first line by the sea, -50 meters from the checkpoint to the sea . Good pools 2 pcs. Palm trees on the territory , exit from the rooms on the first floor , directly onto the pool . It's just a buzz.
I have been vacationing at the hotel since 2010 5 or 6 times, the last one was in April of the 23rd year, the hotel was great, now everything is very sad ((( The hotel needs urgent renovation or not a foot there anymore(((
We had a rest in 2019. The hotel is wonderful: a quiet island in the center of Pattaya, good, albeit a little tired rooms, access to 1st and 2nd streets, close to the sea)
We stayed at this hotel from 9.01.20 to 23.01.20, we liked the hotel. Almost all rooms overlook the inner territory with a swimming pool, the territory is very well maintained, a large pool with sun beds and umbrellas, there was enough space for everyone. The pool was cleaned every day before the start of bathing (before 9:00 in the morning).Very clean water with a slight faint smell of chlorine. You can't hear the street in the room, because the hotel is located from the first coast to the 2nd street (perpendicular to the sea), you can go ashore from the hotel towards Central Festival and Volkin Street, as well as onto the second street towards terminal 21, the Marina and Dolphins Center, between the hotel and the Dolphins is the Alcazar show You can visit on your own. Everything was arranged in the room, the only thing that is necessary is to take a toothpaste and a brush with you, because they are not provided in the room. There is also no safe in the room, only at the reception (free of charge). You will be allocated a cell with 2 different keys-one key for you, the other at the reception. You can use it from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.We didn't use it, we kept everything of value in a suitcase with a lock, no one touched or climbed anything. Linen was changed, sheets, pillowcase, towels every day. The duvet cover every other day, why I don't know, was fine with us, it was possible to change it less often, the linen and towels were snow-white. There are 2 brown beach towels in the room for the pool and the sea, they were changed every day in the room along with the rest. I liked the cleaning, not only did the Thai sweep, but also washed the floors, including on the balcony. Honestly, I was surprised, because as long as I travel, I have never seen dusting in the room and mirrors. There is one Russian channel, plasma TV, a large balcony with 2 chairs and a table, large panoramic windows in the room. In the morning, the birds chirped like in a fairy tale. The staff was quite adequate and friendly, all issues were resolved quickly, most importantly, with a smile. There is a Russian girl at the reception, Tamara, who also helped with everything and suggested what was needed. Like it. You run around the city, jump on excursions, return to the hotel and find yourself in an oasis of peace, cleanliness and silence, complete relaxation. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one large on the side of the 2nd and 3rd floor buildings with balconies, the second on the side of the 2nd floor buildings. there are no balconies and it is smaller. The food was fine. There was meat, soups and pastries, potatoes, rice, pasta both in our manner and in Thai-Chinese. Juices, milk, tea, coffee (excellent), salads, fruits watermelon, melon, pineapple, bacon, 2 types of delicious sausages, eggs in different variations, nuts and something else that you didn't have time to try. By the end of the holiday, the Chinese were brought by buses, they all went out to the pool at once, took pictures and disappeared. We went to breakfast either early (it works from 6:00 to 10:00), or later, so as not to encounter the Chinese, there was always food, we replenished constantly while there were visitors. After breakfast, they were taken away on buses and we did not see them. To sum up: the location of the hotel is excellent in the center of Pattaya, within walking distance of all cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, markets and bazaars, tuk tuks, etc., the sea is across the street, and at the same time the hotel is quiet, calm and everything is green with singing birds and a clean pool. I really liked it, I would be happy to recommend it to visit. If I go to Pattaya again, I will definitely choose Tropicana.
We had a rest in November 2018. The excellent location of the hotel is between beach road and second road. At the same time, the hotel is very quiet. Two pools. The rooms are very spacious, well renovated, cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed 2 times in 12 days of stay. A big plus is the presence of a Russian-speaking translator from Russia at the hotel (Tamara), who helps tourists in everything. There were no Indians in the hotel. The Chinese stayed, but they were taken away early in the morning for excursions, brought back late in the evening, so we practically did not encounter them, they do not use the hotel territory during the day. Check-in and checkout - no problem. The breakfasts are weak and monotonous, such as in all three-course meals. But no one was left hungry for sure. The hotel staff is very friendly. We stayed at the hotel for the second time during our 6th trip to Thailand. In general, I advise you!
The first line. Two pools. Closed territory. Quietly... The rooms are nice and clean. A Russian man at the reception. The city beach is across the street. The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. In the canteen room, there may be stasis, and not the territory of the badgers. The staff is friendly. The room is cleaned daily. Things were left in the room and nothing was missing, as in Anapa. Ideal for families with children. There are many European old chic and chicos.
A great, quiet hotel, located on the first coastline. Nice rooms, cleaned every day, bed linen and beach towels were changed every day, beautiful green area, two swimming pools, very beautiful and unusual benches throughout the hotel.
A cozy hotel for a great stay in the center of Pattaya. Beautiful territory, 2 swimming pools, food is not on fire, but it is quite on the level.
Friendly staff, ready to help at any time.
The room stock is "tired", but you can and should close your eyes to this.
It will definitely not suit all lovers of luxury and 5* service.
Great hotel! A large area, everything is clean and does not smell, it is not noisy. The staff is very good. There is a Russian-speaking administrator Tamara. Minus the beach next to the hotel is not very good. There is apparently a parking lot for water vehicles. The water in the sea is not very good either. I am very happy with the hotel!!!
Great hotel. Close to 4 stars. Excellent combination of cost-location (proximity to the center and the ferry) - infrastructure (closed area, swimming pool). A little shabby, but generally cozy. Breakfast for 4+. I will definitely come back here next vacation.
I was vacationing at this hotel. Very good for 3 stars. Quiet, although everything is close to the beach and the central streets. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, she will help with everything.
Convenient location, everything is nearby. Overall, a good hotel. The masseuse, who was praised after the new year 2019, moved out. But
there is a good massage parlor on the Beach Road to the right of the hotel. a huge disadvantage is the weak water pressure in the bathroom, and THERE is NO hygienic shower.
I note this hotel with the following positive points: cleanliness on the territory, convenient location, good breakfasts, the presence of a Russian guide Tamara, the presence of a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in the room.
The hotel has become better compared to the past, about 9 years ago,!! A good pool, the territory is well maintained, the breakfasts are not bad, new plumbing in the bathroom, we lived in room 320, and if we took a shower, there was a flood on the floor in the bathroom itself, we had to collect water, because otherwise you would not go to the toilet, they said at the reception, and it remained,
When we are going to Pattaya, we consider only this hotel, it is located on the first line, the territory is very beautiful, green, the staff is friendly. Although the hotel is 3 stars , but it pulls in all 5 stars.
A good hotel, justifies its 3 stars...The only inconvenience was that they were put in a room without a balcony...The territory of the hotel is large, which is important, there is a place to sit)))There are two pools, there are always places.
The hotel is for those who are not going to stay there all day, but go to Tai to relax and walk))
It's quiet, calm and there are no Chinese, but the breakfasts are too monotonous. The hotel is located between 2 streets, which is very convenient, there are 2 swimming pools, massage, manicure and pedicure are not recommended there
