Very cozy hotel, good location, very nice and clean room with a balcony, Wine lift, Rike Park, funicular, several metro stations. The impression was spoiled by the man at the reception, the young man before him helpfully offered to use an umbrella (it was a rainy day), and this employee began "sorry, brother (I'm definitely not a brother), they break umbrellas, somehow they don't use it that way (apparently, we gave the impression of savages seeing an umbrella for the first time), That's why we didn't take their unique umbrella and walked in the rain with our friend.

I give it five stars, but the neighbors' audibility is good. The staff is wonderful!! We were in touch with Vacap for the entire period of stay, helped solve all issues, even those not related to accommodation. They speak Russian . On your birthday, you can arrange a cake with candles and congratulations (for 100 GEL) .
The location is good, 5 minutes to the square, by the way, past the exchanger , to the tourist bus stop , ski lift and other interesting places 10 minutes, past souvenir shops (all nearby) . The breakfast buffet is varied. The view from the window is interesting ( the floor-length window opens like a door, behind it is a railing, like a narrow balcony) The hotel itself and the room are stylish, beautiful, and it was nice to be there. There is drinking water from the tap , a refrigerator in the room, and tea accessories.

I liked everything. The hotel is in the center of the old town, but in the back, so it was quiet. The staff is very responsive, always ready to help you solve any problem. Everything is great. Modern comfortable clean rooms, nice balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet area, you can sleep with an open balcony. A slightly noisy air conditioner, but not critical at all. The hotel is just wonderful. Even more wonderful is the staff who made our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. We were helped to solve any issues, from transfers to organizing excursions and booking restaurants for dinner. The room is stylish, the feeling is that the hotel has just opened. Very clean, good plumbing. There is a kettle, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap in the room. The old town is 10 minutes away. Nearby is an exchanger with a favorable exchange rate (the hotel will tell you how to find it), Terra bank, which accepts transfers from Russian cards using the Zolotaya Korona system and with Russian-speaking staff. The curtains are blackout, it's very quiet at night. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, there is no crowd in the restaurant. The staff speaks Russian.

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2022. I really liked the hotel, the very hospitable host and all the staff. They settled in quickly and found an acceptable option for us. The hotel has a modern renovation, comfortable beds, it feels like the owners have invested not only money, but also their soul in the hotel!The breakfasts are just great! Baked pumpkin is a bomb! All the staff speaks Russian and treats the guests very kindly! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The feelings of the hotel are not unambiguous.
The women working there are wonderful, the rooms are generally good, but there were complaints about small things - the door to the bathroom did not close in our room.
The whole idea of the hotel has developed clearly, due to a strange employee with a short memory and inappropriate behavior. It's hard to even describe his behavior, but here's the story:
Early in the morning we went on a tour, left our room and walked past the reception, through the main entrance to the street, wished a good day to the "Gentleman" at the reception, to which he replied, and not finding the car of the travel company, realized that he came to the other side of the hotel, walked along the hotel building, in which we live...
A man from the reception and with a short memory flew out faster than an eagle and began to say that no one can walk here, this is a private territory (not fenced in any way) and not a passageway, etc. etc.
We tried to convey information to him so that he still tried to remember us a little, but it was in vain and worked the only rude answer is that "Actually, we live in this hotel, and this is the territory of the hotel...."
The story is about how one person can spoil the impression...

I really liked it. The hotel is not inferior to international hotels in terms of level. A comfortable family room. Stylish design. Clean and welcoming. Good linen, pillows. I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and I have something to share: 1. Cleaning in the room may not be done for 4 days or more, it is generally useless to ask the administrator about it; 2. The same situation with changing towels, bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 nights; 3. If the windows overlook the street, you will have to listen to loud conversations of local residents and guests all night. 4. If smoking neighbors live next to you, then get ready to breathe tobacco smoke in the room every time they go out to smoke on the balcony. 5. Do not leave money in the room in a prominent place, the cleaner may consider it a tip; As a result: the hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but hardly pulls for 3, except for an interesting design and location relative to the tourist center, it is no longer remarkable, if it is important to you, but the service is not fundamental, then you can stay here for 2-3 nights.

We went back down to the reception, she counted for a long time, then a man approached her, it looks like the director of the hotel, asked her to pay in cash.
