A good hotel to stay for one or two nights. The rooms are quite recently renovated, the furniture is three-piece, the beds are narrow, but the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable - my back was very comfortable. Everything works in the rooms: plumbing, hair dryer, refrigerator. Wi-fi seems to work, but if you can connect: of the two gadgets, only a laptop was able to be connected, it did not work on a smartphone - an SMS with a code did not arrive.
The hotel has three floors, there is no elevator.
If you get a room with windows facing the street, keep in mind that in the morning it may be a little noisy from the road if you open the window at night.
The hotel's restaurant serves complex breakfasts, only coffee can be ordered separately.
A solid four, but I'll give you five points just for the mattress!

We stayed together for two nights, the hotel is located ten minutes from the Maladzezhnaya metro station and next to the shopping center, which is convenient.
The staff is friendly, they quickly gave me the keys to the room. There are three floors without an elevator, we had the last one, but it's not slippery to walk up the stairs.
We didn't take breakfast: we don't eat meat and eggs, there are no vegetarian options. The restaurant was busy on the day of check-in, we had dinner in the same shopping center nearby. Big greetings to the young man who, instead of boiling water, brewed us oatmeal on water in a new thermos. And I'm good, I didn't check in my sleep and paid five and a half rubles. Porridge is edible, of course, but why do it?
The room was clean, but the air conditioning at 22 degrees, when it was warm outside, created a feeling of a cold cave. There was no water in the cooler both days. On the day of departure, they decided to remove the staircase at the entrance, but the woman was ready to help them down, I will not take off the score for this.
In general, "At the Fountain" corresponds to three stars, it passes by 3/5. You can get to the center in fifteen minutes, this brightened up the disadvantages, but I would not stop a second time.

I chose this hotel back in February 2023 based on the reviews of people in Yandex. I looked through many hotel options in Minsk and this one seemed decent both in terms of conditions and location. I booked for 4 nights from 08/18/2013. I came with my wife to the city of Minsk for tourist purposes. We checked into the hotel, we had a suite. In principle, the hotel is not bad, despite the old building with a strange layout of corridors. In addition, a surprise awaited us: the suites were recently renovated and decorated with natural wood, including wooden furniture, raised beams on the ceiling. It's a great bed, but the pillow is too flat. And you need to cover the trash can in the bathroom with a lid. There was also a restaurant on the ground floor in the same building. Breakfasts are above all praise. Good parking lot. Just huge and delicious. The disadvantage was that part of the restaurant was located right under the windows of the rooms. It was impossible to eat there on Fridays and weekends, due to the banquets being held. Although, I think that for the hotel's customers, some places could be allocated. But you can eat a lot of places in the city. A couple of disadvantages that were found in the suite are a tiny shoe spoon (7-8 centimeters in total, I have not seen this anywhere else), the toilet seat did not rise to an upright position at all and one remote control for two TVs. Moreover, if you use the remote control in one room, then the second TV turns on too and you had to either close the interior door or run to turn off another TV. A strange decision. But the following was an extremely negative decision when evaluating this hotel. It was quite hot outside and even steamed, and it turned out that the air conditioning system was not working at all in our room. I informed the administrator about this and asked him to solve the problem as soon as possible. I must say right away that if you close the windows, then the noise from gatherings in the restaurant, the strong noise of transport at night on the avenue will not be heard. But at the same time, the air conditioning system must work. The receptionist called the hotel management in front of me, but it did not give any result. I must say right away that my wife and I hardly slept for 3 nights out of 4, it was stuffy even with the windows open and only by morning it became a little cooler and quieter outside. On the morning of the second day, I contacted the administrator again and asked him to solve the problem again. But the management of the hotel was probably already resting on the weekend and they didn't care about the customers. On the third day, I was finally informed that a specialist would come and fix the air conditioner. But we didn't wait for him on the third day either. And he told the administrator on the phone in front of me that he just forgot to come. And he said that he would come on the last day of our stay at the hotel. To which I was already angry and said that I forbid him to come after our departure and fix what he wants. The next day, he did come, but I flatly refused to let him into the room. It all looked like a BLATANT MOCKERY of us as customers, and even the SUITES. Apparently, the hotel administrators do not decide anything and the management treats them with disdain. Therefore, I definitely do not recommend this hotel!!! In addition, I went to the administrator for 2 days and asked that the cause of condensation on the towel rail be eliminated. Since it is located above the toilet paper holder, two evenings in a row, when I came to the room, I found the toilet paper wet, took it off the holder and put it on the toilet bowl to dry. And NO ONE would apologize to us or offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience, because the suites are not cheap.

Firstly, the hotel is undergoing renovation. I was placed on the 3rd floor, where I was greeted in the hallway by a protective film laid on the floor, and voices of repairmen could be heard from the rooms. I was warned by a hotel employee that the workers are very noisy and can interfere (contact her in this case), but I was essentially outside all day and they didn't bother me, but generally keep in mind.
Secondly, the quality of the cleaning raises questions. As soon as I checked in, I found a long black hair on the sink. Naturally, he began to look warily at the other objects and it was noticeable that they were not very clean.

The breakfasts are delicious, dense, but monotonous. There is no buffet, you make an order, a choice of 5 dishes, a la breakfasts from different countries. The most filled is Belarusian. Delicious, no questions asked. The staff at the restaurant is polite. There are small gazebos and a fountain on the territory. In November, of course, it does not work, but in the summer I think it will be good there. Although I believe that in the summer noisy companies will hang out there until late and if the room goes to this side, it will not be up to sleep. Autumn is quiet, calm. There is a kettle and a glass in the room, but there is no tea and coffee. There is water in the cooler at the end of the corridor, there is also an ironing board and an iron. But she is standing in a dark corner, so either drag her to the room, or with a flashlight in the corridor smooth. Directly opposite is Sberbank, a little further away is a supermarket of the pyaterochka type, quite large. Metro and catering facilities are in 10-12 minutes walk. Wi-Fi is fast.
Now for the cons. The rooms are already battered by time. The doors are Soviet, handles and locks from the same time. The floors are clean, the carpet is very soft and fluffy, the bathroom is also clean, but cobwebs hang from the baseboards, probably protection from mosquitoes, since there are no mosquito nets. But that's okay. That's what specifically disappointed, tkk is algae in the refrigerator. The whole refrigerator is absolutely green from the inside. You can put food and water there only so that it doesn't stink in the trash overnight. The thought of eating something from there causes vomiting. There are no sockets by the bed either. There are several under the table and to turn on the charging, you will have to crawl under the table. The staff is not that friendly, rather - no. You won't get any smiles. As well as greetings, although if you say hello first, they will reciprocate.
The verdict is this: for a business trip for a couple of nights - good. You will be able to sleep, have breakfast too. But I repeat that in the summer season you have to be careful, because the restaurant with gazebos under the windows blows parties until dawn. If the refrigerators are cleaned, then you can safely estimate at 4/5. But this green refrigerator with a characteristic smell ... and the milk is delicious, it's a pity, which is rotten until the morning

And another disadvantage is that the call buttons do not work in front of the barrier, in order to enter or leave, you have to run to the administrator and ask to open it. I liked everything: clean, quiet (the window does not face the street), in the room there is a TV, a small refrigerator, a table, a bedside table, a mirror. The mattress and pillow are soft, the bed linen is clean. There is carpet on the floor. The curtains are thick. The shower cabin. What I personally lacked: a kettle (cooler on the floor, but the water there is actually slightly warm), a bag with air conditioning, toothpaste. They gave me boiling water for coffee at the reception. I recommend the hotel.

A nice quiet guest house at a reasonable price 5 minutes from the center of Minsk. There is a very good restaurant in the courtyard + 10% discount for guests. Nearby there is everything that tourists need, Parking, supermarket, bank and pharmacy. The music stops at 23-00 like clockwork and has never bothered at all. The staff is polite, however, as everywhere in the city, after Moscow it is immediately noticeable. Of the minuses - not a working refrigerator, the reception gave you to use your own, for which I thank them.
