Excellent location (close enough to Prague Castle - the residence of the President and the Malostranska metro station), excellent infrastructure: cafes, shops, public transport, which runs strictly according to schedule. Excellent staff, always ready to help tourists, excellent breakfasts, excellent rooms. Everything is fine! Thanks!

I don't understand those who come here again, the hotel is bad. Cons: there is no ventilation in the rooms, you have to open the windows, there are no limiters on the windows. At the same time, there is a tram running outside the window, it is noisy. There is no TV, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo in the room. The furniture is old, someone opened beer on the cupboards. Doors, tiles, chandeliers, wall decoration - all from the USSR. Bad WiFi, it is impossible to call by messenger, in the morning it does not log in at all. Fire security system: you hand over the key when you leave. When you arrive, you tell the room number and the key is returned to you. There are also advantages: very polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, although it's the same every day. Comfortable mattress and pillows, slept like the dead. Conclusion: if repairs are made, you can come, but for now, not a foot more.

The hotel is normal, to spend the night and then go for a walk around the city is the most it. The room is cleaned daily, the breakfast is monotonous meat cuts, cold eggs, muesli and sweet pastries (I would like hot porridge or scrambled eggs). The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a normal Internet connection, you can say there is no Internet at all, it only works at night. It is very convenient to get to the center in 12-15 minutes by tram 22 to the Malostransk metro station, from there you can walk to any attraction or drive another stop and get off near the Charles Bridge.Tickets were taken for 30 minutes, it was enough to get to Malostranskaya + transfer by metro to the Museum station (3 stops), if further then you need to take a ticket for 1.5 hours.Next to the hotel there is a Billa store, a good Valcha restaurant (lunch for three 900kronn), pork knee and dark beer there is just super.

It does not match its star status! When we chose a hotel with my wife and looked at the photos on the website, everything was suitable for our vacation, but from the very first minutes as soon as we stopped at this hotel, we were disappointed. 1. They just connect two single beds and consider it as a double bed. 2. There is no TV (although this is not very important on vacation) 3. There is no refrigerator (it is impossible even to cool drinks) ......... It's probably even easier to write that there is an old wardrobe and a bedside table connected into one two beds, that's all, they didn't even think of hanging paintings on the walls to somehow cover the plastered walls. Wi-Fi only works fine at night, they explain this by saying that they need the Internet to work during the day.)))) We were evicted as early as 10 a.m. because the cleaning lady does not want to stay until 12, as it should be. In general, I have not yet met such a disgusting hotel anywhere ((((( more like a hostel than a three-star hotel.

A good and inexpensive hotel within walking distance from the monastery opposite the Charles Bridge. They are well fed and cleaned. For short-term arrivals, it is an excellent option. Opposite there are good cafes where visitors are locals (inexpensive and tasty).

A nice, modest hotel to spend the night, wash up, have breakfast and run to explore the city again. We are satisfied. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel, you can leave without any problems. Moreover, they walk often and around the clock. We liked everything.

The hotel is normal, clean enough, the room is cleaned every morning. A possible disadvantage is that there is no TV in the room, but it is not needed, since there is Wi-Fi. Among the disadvantages, it can be noted that there is no refrigerator and kettle in the room, in Russia it is all in a 3* hotel. Accessibility to the center of Prague is excellent, on foot about 5 km, by tram route 22 10-15 minutes. Trams "fly" like airplanes, take advantage of everyone, including pedestrians.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2019. I must say, it's not the first time! I mean, I like it. All the pros and cons have already been described by the guests in the reviews, but I want to thank the hotel staff for my wonderful 2 weeks in Prague!

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is polite and speaks Russian. There is liquid soap in the bathroom. A kettle and a hairdryer can be taken at the reception. The only drawback is weak and unstable Wi-Fi.

Nice family hotel. Quietly calm and nothing superfluous. The staff understands Russian. You can easily get from the center by tram.

We arrived on February 12th, 18th. We couldn't get to the hotel for 15 minutes. They stood with their things on the street and stupidly called. Further-more. Russian is almost zero. It is far from the center and not convenient. The breakfast is tolerable, but without frills. For 8 days, they NEVER changed their underwear - like "it's not supposed to". In my opinion, this is beyond the boundaries of good and evil. In general, anyone who wants to go to a hostel for the price of a hotel - take the flag in their hands.
