The hotel is good, I liked the service, the staff is polite. I'm stopping for the second time, and most likely the last time. Today, before going to bed, taking a shower, I was very scared by the incredible roar and my ears were stuck, as if a bomb had been dropped on the hotel.
I get out of the shower naked - there is dust everywhere, there is a frame with a lamp on the bed, there is no balcony.
The crust somehow gathered itself and climbed down the ledge because the door was blocked.
Next time you have to go to another hotel.
The perfect location, right in the center of the city, there is nowhere more central. For those who drive, there is a private closed parking (about 1 euro/day) or you can park on the street in front of the entrance (free of charge). The staff are wonderful, smiling, ready to help and answer all questions. (We arrived very late in the evening, hungry, and we were advised to have a restaurant/pub located nearby - Ukrainske Pidpillya. It turned out that this is perhaps the most famous, delicious and inexpensive restaurant with Ukrainian cuisine in the city. You can watch it in Heads and Tails. It's better at home." Special thanks to the hotel staff for recommending this restaurant/pub!:))
The hotel itself is big. We had a Junior Suite with 1 bed, spacious. The room has a kettle, cups, tea/coffee/sugar, refrigerator.
Tip: be sure to take breakfast. They are very tasty and satisfying! For breakfast, you can choose from the menu + a small buffet.
If we are in Chernihiv, we will definitely return to this hotel!
Since this morning, the number of rooms and foreign tourists in them has decreased slightly, but the impression of the hotel has only improved! As they say, fewer people, more oxygen.
