It is well located, close to attractions, the room is normal in size, but the bathroom and shower are very small, especially the shower, very miniature. The window overlooks the courtyard on the wall. Breakfast is served in the morning, coffee, croissants, yogurt, cheese with ham, not much, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is very friendly.
Firstly, it is located in the historical center of Milan, within walking distance of the Victor Emmanuel II Gallery, the Sforza Castle, La Scala, the Pinacoteca Brera (Gandia art gallery) and, finally, the Milan Cathedral. In a word, next to what it is worth coming to Milan for. Secondly, a very rich and hearty breakfast (overeating). Thirdly, Angela, the cleaner, works there, who speaks Russian perfectly. A very sweet and courteous woman. And in general, the attitude of the hotel towards visitors is very friendly. The tourist fee is 4 euros per day. Pay on departure. If you stay, then only in this hotel. My God, what a wonderful Milan!!!!!!! There is no wind, no cold. Even the rain is warm there in December. But I warn you - learn Italian, at least at least. They don't know English there, and they don't want to know Russian.
It was 2 times in January 2020.. I lived in a single room. It's small, but I'm fine. The center is not far away. Good location. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are a couple of employees who are completely unpleasant. They don't communicate well.. On the 1st floor. there is a water cooler. You can ask the receptionist for hot water (but who will you run into). Breakfast is not super, barely tolerable. It was annoying that the staff was shifting croissants with their hands.
On the whole, it's average.
I wanted to come in July 2020. Pandemic. The reservation was not canceled, the money was not refunded. I won't go to them anymore. Grabbers.
