Good location
The sea is no more than 500 meters away
Closed area
A very good entertainment program for children in the evenings
Outdoor meals are organized
Quite a cozy, homely hotel. Entertainment programs for children and adults are organized every evening.
The food is quite tasty, but not very diverse. It's just a paradise for children - ice cream with no restrictions on afternoon tea.
The pool is small, but accommodates those who wish. The child was allergic to the pool.
There is a pool bar.
The sea is far from the hotel, a steep descent to the sea. Personally, I liked walking, but I think it's very difficult for children and some adults. The descent is not picturesque at all. The beach is wild, it has its own charm, but it's also for the amateur.
From the hotel, the bus goes to both wild and urban beaches.
It's a great vacation for families with young children, but it's a little boring for teenagers.
It so happened that I found myself in this place for the second time, 8 years later. And, compared to what it was before, this place has deteriorated a lot.
Of the old disadvantages, it can be noted that the hotel is located on the outskirts, and to get to Byala itself, a budget tourist needs to walk 3-4 km. And in order to also go somewhere other than by taxi (which costs, as usual, exorbitantly), be strictly at a certain time (the bus goes to other cities literally a couple of times a day) at a God-forsaken stop.
Also, to get to the beach, you either need to take a bus (from the hotel) to another place, or go down about 100 meters along a winding staircase.
Of the new disadvantages: the most upset was the quality of the food and its small variety, even taking into account the buffet. The food is tasteless, the vegetables are bland, as if they were made of wood. The meal, by the way, takes place in the dining room next door. There is also a trick: dinner on the roof of the hotel with a view of the sea. And here the quality of the food just killed: an ugly Greek salad, disgustingly overcooked white fish with buckwheat and dried zucchini and for dessert a store-bought roll poured with syrup.
The second disadvantage: Vemara has opened a children's camp. Maybe it's okay for someone to tolerate crowds of screaming teenagers EVERYWHERE (reception, the sea, they eat, by the way, in the same place), but not really for me. They also love to turn on the music on the speaker, which can be heard all over the place.
The third disadvantage: the Internet works very poorly, you have to wait for half an hour to connect. For some reason, we were refused a personal router for a fee.
From here, we can also highlight the fourth disadvantage: a somehow working reception, in order to fulfill the request, you need to approach more than once. And it's good if someone is there. Russian is poorly understood, and only one woman spoke English normally.
In general, I do not plan to return to this place.

This is some kind of trash and hell. Everything is broken, nothing is being repaired. The balcony door was broken in the room - the girl at the reception said she knew about it. But it was never fixed. The shower in the next room is broken (upd fixed).
Wi-Fi is nominally available. But the pages open a whole millennium.
Food is also for the undemanding. But, in principle, it is edible. You can book a "restaurant" at the top of the hotel. But you will be fed there with what remains of dinner in the dining room. So it's better not to. It is impossible to choose dishes.
The disco until 11 pm under the windows is maddening! Endless "tum-tum-tum" and the lack of good sound insulation ruined the rest completely. And nothing can be done!!!
"Private beach" is generally a separate story. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to it. Absolutely everyone can log in to it, so it's not clear what's in it. But even this piece of land, about 300-400 sq.m., is very dirty and unkempt. There are very sharp shells on the bottom. There is a minibus several times a day to the central beach, it is much better.
I wish my vacation had already ended!!!
NO more here!!!
UPD. We must pay tribute to the personal involvement and care of Ms. P. Georgieva (front office). Thanks to her, we found a room in the house (D1.4). Not very well renovated, not very clean, for undemanding guests. But the huge "L"-shaped terrace, the stunning view from the window, the Windows on three sides, so that the room is always cool, brightened up the negative first impression. If you go to this hotel, then only here.
