The hotel is lovely. Nice rooms, views of the pool and the city. They cleaned every day. There is a lot of food and it is delicious. Ice cream, waffles, pancakes, cupcakes. you can eat around the clock! Delicious cocktails. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception speaks Russian, always helped, very cool.
There is only a pool with slides on site. Animation - well done guys, there's something new every day, they entertain at the highest level.
And of course the sea, it's a special thrill) very nice beach, wide coastline, fine sand, pleasant, smooth entrance to the sea. The sea is clean and warm. Go to it through the beach tunnel and walk for 2 minutes along the path. There's a shuttle running. Everything is convenient.
We liked everything!
80% of Germans, but in principle, most Germans rest in Kumkoe . It didn't bother us. Everyone is behaving decently.

My vacation lasted from August 16 to August 24, 2024. I was with my daughter for 9 years. I will write right away that I was on vacation abroad for the first time and used the all-inclusive system for the first time.
The hotel is about an hour's drive from the airport, I think it's close. Beautiful facade, well-groomed territory. They met us at the gate, took our suitcases and bags and showed us to the reception. There was a staff member at the reception who absolutely did not understand Russian and was openly angry that I did not understand English. The tension was relieved by bellboy, a man who carries suitcases, he knew Russian, English, German, and Turkish. We were settled at 11 o'clock, despite the fact that the official check-in is at 14 o'clock. No additional payment was taken! For that, my respects! But if you check out late, you will be charged, 1 hour-1000 rubles. We left at 5 a.m., we were given a lunch box (a pear, a waffle, a bun and 5 portion candies for it) We never met the cleaning lady, but we didn't stay in the room much either. They remove the norms, make bows and swans out of bedspreads (the child was happy). The audibility of the neighboring rooms is perfect. I woke up to the alarm clock of the neighbors, in the evening we listened to a German movie that was playing in the next room. There are a lot of Germans. All employees speak German well, most likely this is a prerequisite. It is not for nothing that they write everywhere that this is a "German" department. There is scant evening animation, but you can and even need to go to the 5-star hotel of the same network for evening animation:first the children's room, then the adult one. In our room, the door lining in the toilet and in the room were damaged, and a decorative pillow was burned through. I didn't pay much attention to it! The pools on the territory are clean, very chlorinated. 2 children's slides, work according to the schedule. The food in the restaurant is good and delicious. It seems to be the same thing (pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, fries, fish, chicken, lamb, beef), but if you combine it in different ways, take different vegetables, drinks-then quite a varied menu. The restaurant is big, there was always enough space. There are a lot of people for dinner. Tablecloths were also met with burnt cigarette ashes. Unfortunately, you can smoke everywhere. And in the rooms, and by the pool, and in the restaurant. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea along the sidewalk, but you can also leave on a golf cart-type car monitor. It carries for free from 8 to 18h, on a first-come, first-served basis. The beach is big, we always had enough sun beds too. Clean. The beach bar is so-so. They don't know Russian there either 😁 The sea is magnificent! Lovely gentle, long entrance, clean, warm, but very salty! My daughter got irritated after 3 days, and the rest of the days she only swam in the pool. The eyes will open for both children and adults. There is a shower on the order to wash off the salt! In general, I recommend this hotel to not sophisticated people!!! And thank you for a good rest no matter what!!!!

Great hotel! An honest foursome!
The beer glasses are large. The beach is three (3) minutes away! Not 4, not 5 and not 7 as they say, but 3!!! Who is far away, there is an electric car that will take you home in 1 minute. There are plenty of sun beds, even on the first line there is always one. Ice cream and waffles by the pool for afternoon tea. Ice cream for dinner. Lettuce is cut online, straight to you! A minus bar on the beach until 16:30.

We are currently vacationing in this hotel. Disgusting attitude towards tourists. The hotel does not pull for 4 people. There are no animations, a club for children "eatery", animators are not attracted to animations. It will do for children under 5 years old, but not older.
The water was turned off in the hotels for two days, before dinner.
Queues are forming at the restaurant, the tables are occupied.
The food is monotonous.
It says that at 20.00 cartoons for children are in the 5th grade, but the guard does not let them in.
You can go without children, and if a child is over 6 years old, this hotel is not suitable. Not an interesting hotel.
At the same time, there are 5 hotels, previously they were allowed there from 4 rooms, now they are not. One manager, only the attitude towards tourists is 0. There is no Russian speaker at the reception.

We were at the hotel from June 26 to July 3, 23. Impressions strongly depend on where you are settled, if with a view of the sea and in the central building, then the impression will be good. If you are unlucky like us and got rooms above the pool, then you will find noise on one side of the road and entertainment on the other. In 23, I wrote off the full load on Eid al-Adha. But I was stupid enough to believe the assurances of the travel agent that regular guests are always given good rooms. Alas and ah.. I am currently at the hotel on June 23rd, the 24th Eid al-Adha has passed, the load is 97%. And where am I being housed? Just in the room above the pool, I listen to the screams of the children and look forward to the evening disco. There is a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation. About the food: the food is average. As they say, you will not leave hungry, but you will not eat tasty. There is a queue for dinner, there are not enough places. Dinner starts at 19 o'clock and everyone comes by this time. Although there is no such tension with breakfasts and lunches because the time interval is more successfully chosen.
Mostly Germans stay 65+
A lot of people smoke on the veranda of the restaurant and on the beach.
So I'm not coming here anymore. I do not recommend it to those who appreciate comfort and aesthetics.
The advantages
are the beach and a sufficient number of sun beds. Good entrance to the sea. Towels are provided. Nice staff.
P.S. after complaining to the travel agent, Anex was moved to the central building with windows facing the sea. Wi-Fi is better here.

The sea is really shallow and warm. The beach is clean and well maintained, the sun beds are in good condition. Drinks will be offered on the beach from 10 o'clock. A little later, you can eat on the beach. There is a restaurant and a cafe near our hotel. In general, you can eat at the hotel around the clock. The hotel has a 24-hour bar. We arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. and were immediately offered to go and eat. You will definitely not stay hungry. The rooms are clean. Everything is very clean. I always leave $1 on the bed and always tip the waiters. 1-2€ or $ is not a lot of money. And I did not receive any disregard from the staff. The Coo writes that the staff ignores,... Well I do not know... This is the East. It is customary here to always be thanked. Russian is really poorly spoken. But I personally have not received any discomfort even once. I translated everything quickly through Yandex translator. The Internet is everywhere here. And on the beach too. The in-room bar is free of charge. It is replenished every day. Great hotel, gorgeous! For everything, just a five plus!!! The only good thing is to speak a little German, otherwise sometimes it will be difficult to explain. If someone wants only Russians, definitely not here. 90 percent are Germans, most of them are pensioners, there are few Poles and a little bit of Russians. I recommend it to everyone! There is a slide, turn on from 10 to 11 from 16 to 17. There is a pool bar. ! Yes, another great feature is that there is a coffee machine in the lobby and an always available refrigerator with pies. A nice bonus! The beach can be reached in 5/7 minutes on foot. There is also a minibus. There are many sun beds by the sea (towels are provided at the hotel). We had a rest in October 2021. The hotel is not big, quiet. There aren't many people, which is good for us. There are always free places in the dining room, on the beach, and by the pool.
The food is varied. Daily meat and fish dishes to choose from. Any drinks. Alcohol is different-cocktails, whiskey, brandy, etc. There is a restaurant on the beach.
The beach is wide. The deck chairs are always free. Towels are provided for the beach.
There was live music and dancing every day. A large animation took place in a 5* hotel, walk to it through a tunnel for 1 min. Access is free. We also went there during the day to ride the water slides, swim in the pool.
On the 0th floor there is a sauna, salon, massage.
Internet is available on site (in the room, by the pool) everywhere.
The room service is good. The staff is attentive, polite, not arrogant. They don't beg for tips.
We really liked it.

Awesome hotel. But there is one drawback, it is that the elevators are terrible. Once we took the elevator to the 0 floor. When we arrived, he stopped and did not open the door. At first we didn't understand why he wouldn't open the doors. But after 30 seconds, he went to the top. It turns out that an elevator was called on the 2nd floor. And I had to go down again. And it took us 5 minutes to get from the 5th floor to the 0 floor. It would have been faster to walk. PLEASE SORT OUT THE ELEVATORS.

Vacationers are 80% Germans (among them there are many Russian speakers), 20% Russians.
The food is of high quality and varied (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, lamb was on the day of the national cuisine; sea fish (dorada, tuna, etc.; fruits, vegetables, sweets (delicious baklava).
Some of the rooms are on the road and the five of the same network, there may be a show / disco until 24.00, if you need a room on the quiet side, then these are rooms on the pool side, it's quieter there, but musical performances also take place in the evenings, they end at 22.00 - 23.00.
A cot is provided on request. If you write your wishes when booking (room / crib, etc.), then if possible, everything will be provided to the guest. Room extension for late check-out (before 18.00) - 35 euros.
The beach is sandy, canopies are installed, there is WiFi. There are enough sun beds, but it is better to come before 10.00. There is a bar and a restaurant on the beach where you can have lunch.
You can go to the water slides and animation in the top five of the same network.
Fifteen minutes from the hotel is the Carrefour chain grocery store (on the road towards Side).

We had a rest in September 2020. The best impressions! It's very cozy. The food is varied and of high quality. I have never seen such a "Sweet" table anywhere! The room is always clean. The staff is friendly, I did not feel any discrimination. The beach is cleaned constantly. The sea is clear. Animation is on the level- music does not hit your ears , there are always competitions-tennis , volleyball, shooting. In the evening, the award ceremony for those who distinguished themselves in the bar . There's also karaoke, you can dance. Interesting musical groups are invited. In general, it 's a holiday every day . Great respect to the owners of the hotel! I would really like to get there again.

Of the cons: a very small territory, a small swimming pool, animation at the very least (once we caught a jazz concert), we were sad at the hotel as young people, probably that's why there were a lot of old Germans in the hotel, since Side is basically a resort for German pensioners. Next to our hotel there is a Villa Residence 5* hotel, where you can go to the animation, there it is good and there is a lot of it. You need to walk to the beach for 5 minutes, it is private, there are many sun beds.
