Nice hotel 👍everything is within walking distance👏👏 I liked the hotel itself and the reception, and especially the sweet, beautiful and very (!!) friendly Girl ELIF always helped and excellent breakfasts , real Turkish coffee and super tea , croissants, fruits, excellent breakfasts and fresh juices! In addition to the menu, custom-made dishes are prepared separately, very tasty! ELIF is super! She always treated us to super coffee and tea ! Good luck and prosperity! I'm taking off one star for cleaning: minus!!! During the 5 days of stay, the floor was never washed and bathroom accessories were not brought! Alikhan was our GUIDE: helpful and friendly. Every day I called and asked How my vacation was going and how he could help?! Respect, Good luck!
The hotel is very conveniently located, the very center, close to the Gulhane tram stop and the Marmaray Sultanahmet station, 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia. Very good breakfasts, a large selection, everything is fresh, hot dishes are prepared to order, which is included in the price. A very beautiful view from the restaurant of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Very good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Clean, the furniture and interior are in good condition. Cons: the room is very small, and they are trying to give tourists from Russia something worse. At first, my friend and I tried to give an economy family room with a double bed and a narrow teenage bed, claiming that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms, but we flatly refused. As a big favor, they gave me a room with a view from the window to some kind of blank wall. In size and appearance, it also looks like it is not a standard paid for by us through a travel agency, but an economy. But the arrangement of the beds with the letter G was quite convenient, at least there was some free space compared to the first option, where there were only beds and narrow passages between them.
We chose the hotel solely because of the spa, location and breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent view. Everything worked out, a great hotel, everything worked out according to these 3 points. The breakfasts are really great for Turkey, the view is impossible. The location was convenient, we walked everywhere, rarely used a taxi. I'll put 4* for a room that's too small (but the view and the top floor were worth it) and for a bad spa, it's definitely not worth going there for. The hammam is just a shower room (you can't stay warm there), the pool is dwarfed and there is not enough bubble pressure in the Jacuzzi. Oh yes, it costs 10 euros to visit the spa, even if you live in a hotel. The cleaning is excellent (we always left tips). Linen is clean and starchy. In general, there were no negative situations during the 6 days at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything. Thanks!
