The hotel is decent. In the center of the old town. The most famous sights are nearby. The Bosphorus and parks are within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and will help with any question. We took a trip to a Chalet by the sea through the hotel, the prices with tour operators are the same. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned normally, but not for 5 points. The furniture and plumbing are good and serviceable. Towels are changed if you put them on the floor. For some reason there are no spoons and plates in the room, it's strange for 4*. There is a kettle and mugs. The windows are very small, it's a little dark even during the day, but the sun doesn't bake and they almost didn't turn on the air conditioner. No one in the hotel understands Russian. Breakfast is a standard buffet. No porridge. Fruits mostly in 7 days are watermelon, melon, apricots, plums, there were strawberries and cherries sometimes. The pastries are delicious and the coffee is very good. Beautiful view from the top floor of the restaurant to the city, the bay, etc. If you will have lunch or dinner, the price is higher than everywhere else, but in the evening it compensates for the beautiful view from the window. The quality of the dishes is good, delicious. For the convenience of traveling to the hotel and back to the airport, I advise you to take an individual transfer, quickly and comfortably, given their traffic jams.
The hotel is very conveniently located, the very center, close to the Gulhane tram stop and the Marmaray Sultanahmet station, 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia. Very good breakfasts, a large selection, everything is fresh, hot dishes are prepared to order, which is included in the price. A very beautiful view from the restaurant of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Very good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Clean, the furniture and interior are in good condition. Cons: the room is very small, and they are trying to give tourists from Russia something worse. At first, my friend and I tried to give an economy family room with a double bed and a narrow teenage bed, claiming that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms, but we flatly refused. As a big favor, they gave me a room with a view from the window to some kind of blank wall. In size and appearance, it also looks like it is not a standard paid for by us through a travel agency, but an economy. But the arrangement of the beds with the letter G was quite convenient, at least there was some free space compared to the first option, where there were only beds and narrow passages between them.
We are currently vacationing at this hotel👍💯Everything is wonderful : from the hotel staff to the location : everything is within walking distance: the Blue Mosque , the tram , I especially want to mention the friendly and smiling Girl ELIF, sensitive, kind ! Super! The breakfasts are great! For every taste : cereals, yoghurts, a variety of fruits, dried fruits, cheeses, vegetable soups, lentils, ,,, 5+! There is a kettle in the room, but the bar is paid! And the Engin Hotel Reception helped with the room 👋Friendly staff ! Now if Istanbul, then only to this hotel!! We recommend Prosperity to you !!!
Hotels in the center of Istanbul are mostly tired. Yasmak is no exception. It is considered a good hotel. In general , it is quite good .
Of the advantages: 1. a very good breakfast (fruits, red fish, nuts, confectionery, vegetables, etc.). The assortment is large, everything is delicious. Beautiful view during breakfast (see photo).
2. Cleaned cleanly, regularly. The staff is unobtrusive. Kettle in the room, water for free.
Of the cons: 1. The most significant drawback is the MATTRESS. It is impossible to sleep on this. I assumed that such a thing no longer exists. I'm lowering the stars for him.
Everything is decent in the room. The area is small. It's noisy with the window open. The air conditioner is noisy with the door closed. I don't sleep well. The furniture is tired.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
The hotel is very nice! Clean! The location is super within walking distance of everything! The food is excellent! Elif is the nicest, knows her job, met her with a smile! The guys at the reception are very polite!! ! Wonderful Turkish coffee and delicious tea are served all day!) Presents from the Response surprised! Everything is great!! Very polite Engin and Furman!the staff is very friendly! We had a guide, Alikhan, who always found out how we rest, what we need! A polite good guy! Prosperity to you! Tamara
The hotel is located in the historical part of Istanbul, 100 meters from the tram line, very convenient for those who like to explore local attractions, we arrived early in the morning and there were no problems with check-in, we were immediately checked in, we were settled in a room on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the city, the room is clean with a large bed and 2 beds two types of pillows, one pillow is hard, the second is soft, there are 4 of them in total, there is a Jacuzzi, a TV, in general everything is there for a great rest, breakfast is varied in the choice of dishes, from milk to meat, from greens with vegetables to dried fruits and nuts, we often stay in this city and this hotel pleased us with a decent reception, I recommend!!!
We have been staying at this hotel for two weeks since August 27, 2024.
The big plus of the hotel is that it is within walking distance of the main attractions of Istanbul.
Upon check-in at the reception, everything was processed quickly, greeted kindly, and helped with luggage.
The room turned out to be small, obviously too small for three adults.
The beds are wide and comfortable. Nice bed linen. It was very comfortable to sleep. There is an electric kettle and cups in the room, but their volume is too small for three people.
Bags of coffee, tea, and sugar were replenished as needed. There was not enough table for a snack and tea. But the area of the room does not allow this. I had to use the bedside table.
Bathroom with shower. By the end of the season, the shower itself and the watering can are already in need of repair, the water from the shower head does not dissipate, but flows like from a tap.
The water left the shower tray badly. They did not contact the administration, because they visited the pool and went to the beaches on the islands.
I liked the pool, small, clean, friendly staff. We really missed at least a small clothes dryer, because we visited the pool, and there was nowhere to hang swimsuits and small things to dry.
The plumbing in the men's shower is also in need of repair.
I really liked the breakfasts. A cozy restaurant, there are enough tables, there is enough space for everyone. If necessary, the staff comes to the rescue.
The food is varied. There are enough fresh vegetables and fruits, greens. A wide variety of hot vegetable dishes.
And from the huge assortment of Turkish sweets, you think for a long time what you would like to try. THAT'S IT. Again, it's the end of the season.
The containers for hot food are out of order. But I think the staff will come and replace or repair them.
There are no disadvantages in the work of maids. The room was cleaned at our request. We replenished detergents as needed. Towels and bed linen were changed.
I recommend the hotel for a short stay.
The hotel is good. Excellent location, located next to the Gulhane tram stop. Everything is nearby. The breakfasts are good, for every taste. Great view from the upper terrace where breakfast is served.
The staff is polite, they already speak a little Russian (5 years ago this was not the case yet)
In my opinion, it's time for the numbers
"refresh." In general, if you don't sit in the room, then everything is not bad.
The hotel has a great restaurant!!!
The prices are of course sooo decent, but the service and food quality are decent!

A good hotel, I chose it for a very long time after reading millions of reviews. The location is excellent, close to all the sights, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly, the Russian-speaking girl is very responsive at breakfast , she did not ask for a name . The rooms are very small, but everything is decent. You forgot your toothbrushes , but you can ask for toothpaste at the reception. They congratulated me on my birthday and brought a cake to my room . It 's nice .

Our trip to Istanbul
So, we chose accommodation from many criteria, such as a tourist center, a small but cozy hotel, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast, and the presence of a conference hall. We stopped at Yasmak Sultan. And... he exceeded all our expectations! The hotel itself is located just in the heart of the tourist old district, right across the street is a stunning park with access to the sea. The rooms are bright, clean, and cozy. Cleaning every day is perfect (regardless of tips). Breakfast is on the 6th floor with a magnificent view, delicious and varied. The restaurant is there, but in the evening the menu is great, very tasty. There is a small swimming pool. The massage is just wonderful at the SPA. It helped to relax after long walks around the city. But the most precious thing this hotel has is its people. All the staff, starting from the entrance, reception and ending with the waiters in the restaurant, are so sincere, kind and responsive people that when we left, it felt like we were leaving the family. They smiled endlessly at us, responded to the slightest request (and we had quite a few of them), showed concern and tact, adjusted and constantly took care of us. The special diamond of this team is, of course, Nora. She is Russian-speaking, incredibly warm, responsive and empathetic. I am always ready to help, sincerely, open to requests and wishes. She is a big-hearted person. Such people are rarely found. I am immensely grateful to her for Everything! We will definitely come back. More precisely, we have already booked in October. And I can definitely recommend, no, not like that, insist that if you want Istanbul to leave you with the feeling that you have been home, in the sense of the word - a place where it is warm and cozy and where you are very welcome and always expected, then you need to stay at the Yasmak Sultan hotel! Thanks again to the entire hotel team. You are incredible and special thanks to Nora. We miss you very much and look forward to seeing you again!
Very nice hotel in the historical center. The room is small, but it is normal for a tourist, just to sleep, on his feet all day. The restaurant is at the top with a view of the tower! The breakfasts are delicious.
We had a rest with my husband from 06 to 11 February! To say that it is super is to say nothing. We really liked it here! Pleasant staff, clean room, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, water, tea, coffee, sugar are always in the rooms. It's very cozy! And the breakfasts are just a fairy tale: diverse, for every taste, any cuisine, from European to Asian - we are absolutely delighted. Special thanks to the manager named Nora, she is always polite, tactful, attentive, professional, speaks many languages, including Russian. If we ever return to Istanbul, it will be thanks to people like Nora.
The hotel is very well located - there are many attractions within walking distance - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge And so on. Nearby is the Marmarea station - very convenient. A lot of cafes, restaurants, exchangers, minimarkets - everything is nearby. The staff is friendly, they try to help with everything, breakfast at the hotel in the restaurant for 6 fl - the set of dishes is standard and not to say that it is very wide, but you definitely will not stay hungry. In addition to the main distribution, you can order pancakes, waffles, shakshuka and something else individually - it's free and delicious.
Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean, the plumbing all worked properly, the only caveat is that the rooms are very small - 15 meters, no more. In general, I liked everything very much!
We just arrived from Istanbul. We stayed at the Yasmak Sultan Hotel. Everything is fine! There is a tram stop nearby. All major historical sites are 7-10 minutes away on foot. The service is excellent. The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white.. The room is cleaned every day. Polite staff. A Russian-speaking guide works at the hotel every day from 8.00 to 15.00. The breakfasts are decent. The choice of dishes is sufficient. In the spring we are going to Istanbul again and to the same hotel.
Excellent location of the hotel. Attentive staff. The breakfasts are varied and the restaurant is located on the 6th floor overlooking the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia. The rooms are cleaned daily, the bed linen is snow-white, they are changed every day, sometimes every other day. Everything is wonderful! Of the minuses, number 512 was small
Decent hotel, clean, comfortable
True, the staff does not know Russian, but with minimal knowledge of English they will understand you, decent breakfasts. It is located in a very good location for walking tours of the sights of Istanbul. I recommend.
I recommend the hotel. Beautiful. Of course, we lived in the Yasmak comfort 3* hotel, but this is practically one hotel.
1. The rooms are very clean, tidy every day.
2. The room has everything: safe, tea set, heating, shampoos, slippers.
3. There is no huge choice for breakfast, but everything is very tasty, and the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor is super.
4. Check-in is fast - 1 minute. Although we arrived at 8 a.m., and check-in was at 14:00, we were immediately accommodated and allowed to have breakfast. They didn't take a penny.
5. All the sights are nearby.
👍 Recommended.
Small rooms, good location, breakfast for 4. The place is not bad. There is a swimming pool, you definitely need a hat or you will be forced to buy it, the sauna is paid
The rooms are a little run down, the plumbing is faulty, but you can use it (the plugs in the sink are faulty, water runs in the shower at the switching point). The location is basically excellent, it's the same to walk in any direction, and there are a lot of attractions around. The breakfasts are delicious and a lot. Never left hungry or something was not enough. The service is normal. The staff is friendly and always helps to solve problems. A far-fetched disadvantage, maybe, not knowing the Russian language from local workers. More precisely, only a couple of people own it. They are fine with English, but not everything is fine with me. We used an online translator and somehow agreed.
The room itself is very decent, towels and linen were changed every day. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. At the meeting, there was a plate of fruit in the room. But there are disadvantages, tasteless breakfasts, a TV with only three Russian channels, one of which was Saved by TV, so there was nothing to watch. Only one employee knows Russian, the rest do not understand.
We forgot our things at the hotels. They called an hour after leaving the room, said there was nothing. They were Swarovski jewelry. Of course not, who would miss such a find. The staff is EVERYTHING in this kind of business. Have not passed the lice check(((
A very cool hotel
The service staff tries to please as best they can
Everything you need is in the radius
And there is also a spa, which is very necessary when walking around Istanbul all day.🖤
The hotel is in the very center = proximity to attractions = traffic jams = a crowd of people))
Sound insulation is acceptable.
Windows are almost completely protected from noise)
The bathroom is a little cramped, but not too much.
Breakfast of medium variety)
There are fruits, nuts, sweets. There may have been porridges, but I didn't fix them.
In the evening, there is a restaurant in the same hall.
The portions are decent. The taste is good)
An excellent hotel in terms of a combination of factors, namely: breakfast, convenience and room infrastructure.
The staff (not all) understand Russian.
And in general, I liked the service at the hotel.
I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy. Everything is neat in the room, there is a tea/coffee set. Despite the very center and step-by-step accessibility to the main attractions, it is very quiet. The staff is polite and ready to help. There are many cafes near the hotel, a bus stop is 1 min walk away. Breakfast with a view of Hagia Sophia is wonderful!
A very old hotel, the rooms stink of dampness, as they are not ventilated. There is constant smoking under the windows and the stench drags into the windows. We stopped by for 6 days, on the third day they took away all our slippers, did not put new ones, and also did not replenish the sets of shower gels and shampoos. Flags of America, the European Union and Turkey hang over the porch. There is no Russian flag. The location of the norms. There is also a tram stop nearby. Good staff. You can only go to their restaurant Olivia for breakfast, everything else is expensive and not tasty.
The rooms are very small. We found a room on the 2nd floor. The window overlooked the air conditioning system. It's horrible. There was no light at all and the sound of the fan running all the time. At the same time, the room's own ventilation did not work.
It's a good hotel, the rooms are really very small. The elevator stops not on the floors, but on the interstory. The breakfast is good, there is something to choose from. The staff is friendly and courteous. They promised to fill out the questionnaire and put the fives, but they did not have time.
Good location, good breakfasts, linen change and cleaning at a height, not a big minus is the toilet, there is little space and it is very inconvenient.

The hotel is ordinary, but it's not worth the money.
Poor room cleaning before check-in and during your stay. The room was "tired", it needs to be repaired already.
The location is excellent, half of the main attractions are very close, within walking distance.
The breakfasts are monotonous, for 8 nights of stay the breakfasts were exactly the same.
good location, but the hotel itself is already tired.
the rooms have terrible audibility, both of what is happening outside the window and in the corridors. pillows and mattresses are below average.
A great, quiet hotel in the center. With a chic restaurant

Good breakfasts. The rooms are dirty, everything is very tired, the cleaning is bad. The staff is not friendly. The room had a view of the neighboring roof, a small window. Istanbul is a big cheap store.
I really liked it. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and cleaned every day. There were towels, bathrobes, and disposable slippers that were changed. Everything in the photo at the time of booking is true. There are enough hangers in the closet. Where shoe accessories were also included. A paid bar in the room with prices. The water for the kettle was given in bottles, even if it was not used, it was still left every day. The shower is also sterile, gel, shampoo, soap, hair cap, etc. Breakfast is on the 6th floor with a view of the Bosphorus on one side, the mosque on the other. Delicious and varied, pastries, fruits, not to mention everything. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with a sauna and a small gym. Swimming pool and etc. The gym is free, the sauna is 10 euros. The hotel itself is next to the Hippodrome Square and the sights on it. I recommend. The only downside, at times there was only one hot water.
We stayed at this hotel in 2020. The location is convenient, the breakfasts are very varied and delicious. We had a rest in February - there is no heating, the room faced the corner. They asked to change the room in the middle of the building - they changed it within an hour! The rooms are clean and bright. That's it! Within walking distance. The pool was visited daily. The attitude towards tourists is excellent. I recommend it!
Convenient location, warm welcome, cleanliness, good service everywhere: at breakfast, in the pool, at the reception. Good room cleaning, delicious and varied food.

The rooms are not large, the service is good, clean, tidy. The bed is small, too soft for me, the pool is clean, it's nice to swim. massage 75€. The location is ideal, near the tram, metro, port, All the main attractions. The breakfasts are quite decent.
Wonderful location. Russian Russians are not the most remarkable attitude (according to my observations, it is the Russians).: until you rigidly demand what is required, you will not get it.
I really liked the Hotel and its location. The sound insulation in the room is good. In general, there are no complaints or complaints. I would have gone back there a second time. But it is in Yasmak Sultan, not Yasmak comfort.

Everything is great. Location, and service. I recommend it to everyone.
