The hotel is decent. In the center of the old town. The most famous sights are nearby. The Bosphorus and parks are within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and will help with any question. We took a trip to a Chalet by the sea through the hotel, the prices with tour operators are the same. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned normally, but not for 5 points. The furniture and plumbing are good and serviceable. Towels are changed if you put them on the floor. For some reason there are no spoons and plates in the room, it's strange for 4*. There is a kettle and mugs. The windows are very small, it's a little dark even during the day, but the sun doesn't bake and they almost didn't turn on the air conditioner. No one in the hotel understands Russian. Breakfast is a standard buffet. No porridge. Fruits mostly in 7 days are watermelon, melon, apricots, plums, there were strawberries and cherries sometimes. The pastries are delicious and the coffee is very good. Beautiful view from the top floor of the restaurant to the city, the bay, etc. If you will have lunch or dinner, the price is higher than everywhere else, but in the evening it compensates for the beautiful view from the window. The quality of the dishes is good, delicious. For the convenience of traveling to the hotel and back to the airport, I advise you to take an individual transfer, quickly and comfortably, given their traffic jams.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the very center, close to the Gulhane tram stop and the Marmaray Sultanahmet station, 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia. Very good breakfasts, a large selection, everything is fresh, hot dishes are prepared to order, which is included in the price. A very beautiful view from the restaurant of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Very good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Clean, the furniture and interior are in good condition. Cons: the room is very small, and they are trying to give tourists from Russia something worse. At first, my friend and I tried to give an economy family room with a double bed and a narrow teenage bed, claiming that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms, but we flatly refused. As a big favor, they gave me a room with a view from the window to some kind of blank wall. In size and appearance, it also looks like it is not a standard paid for by us through a travel agency, but an economy. But the arrangement of the beds with the letter G was quite convenient, at least there was some free space compared to the first option, where there were only beds and narrow passages between them.

Hotels in the center of Istanbul are mostly tired. Yasmak is no exception. It is considered a good hotel. In general , it is quite good .
Of the advantages: 1. a very good breakfast (fruits, red fish, nuts, confectionery, vegetables, etc.). The assortment is large, everything is delicious. Beautiful view during breakfast (see photo).
2. Cleaned cleanly, regularly. The staff is unobtrusive. Kettle in the room, water for free.
Of the cons: 1. The most significant drawback is the MATTRESS. It is impossible to sleep on this. I assumed that such a thing no longer exists. I'm lowering the stars for him.
Everything is decent in the room. The area is small. It's noisy with the window open. The air conditioner is noisy with the door closed. I don't sleep well. The furniture is tired.
The location of the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is located in the historical part of Istanbul, 100 meters from the tram line, very convenient for those who like to explore local attractions, we arrived early in the morning and there were no problems with check-in, we were immediately checked in, we were settled in a room on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the city, the room is clean with a large bed and 2 beds two types of pillows, one pillow is hard, the second is soft, there are 4 of them in total, there is a Jacuzzi, a TV, in general everything is there for a great rest, breakfast is varied in the choice of dishes, from milk to meat, from greens with vegetables to dried fruits and nuts, we often stay in this city and this hotel pleased us with a decent reception, I recommend!!!

We have been staying at this hotel for two weeks since August 27, 2024.
The big plus of the hotel is that it is within walking distance of the main attractions of Istanbul.
Upon check-in at the reception, everything was processed quickly, greeted kindly, and helped with luggage.
The room turned out to be small, obviously too small for three adults.
The beds are wide and comfortable. Nice bed linen. It was very comfortable to sleep. There is an electric kettle and cups in the room, but their volume is too small for three people.
Bags of coffee, tea, and sugar were replenished as needed. There was not enough table for a snack and tea. But the area of the room does not allow this. I had to use the bedside table.
Bathroom with shower. By the end of the season, the shower itself and the watering can are already in need of repair, the water from the shower head does not dissipate, but flows like from a tap.
The water left the shower tray badly. They did not contact the administration, because they visited the pool and went to the beaches on the islands.
I liked the pool, small, clean, friendly staff. We really missed at least a small clothes dryer, because we visited the pool, and there was nowhere to hang swimsuits and small things to dry.
The plumbing in the men's shower is also in need of repair.
I really liked the breakfasts. A cozy restaurant, there are enough tables, there is enough space for everyone. If necessary, the staff comes to the rescue.
The food is varied. There are enough fresh vegetables and fruits, greens. A wide variety of hot vegetable dishes.
And from the huge assortment of Turkish sweets, you think for a long time what you would like to try. THAT'S IT. Again, it's the end of the season.
The containers for hot food are out of order. But I think the staff will come and replace or repair them.
There are no disadvantages in the work of maids. The room was cleaned at our request. We replenished detergents as needed. Towels and bed linen were changed.
I recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The staff is friendly, the Russian-speaking girl is very responsive at breakfast , she did not ask for a name . The rooms are very small, but everything is decent. You forgot your toothbrushes , but you can ask for toothpaste at the reception. They congratulated me on my birthday and brought a cake to my room . It 's nice .

Our trip to Istanbul
So, we chose accommodation from many criteria, such as a tourist center, a small but cozy hotel, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast, and the presence of a conference hall. We stopped at Yasmak Sultan. And... he exceeded all our expectations! The hotel itself is located just in the heart of the tourist old district, right across the street is a stunning park with access to the sea. The rooms are bright, clean, and cozy. Cleaning every day is perfect (regardless of tips). Breakfast is on the 6th floor with a magnificent view, delicious and varied. The restaurant is there, but in the evening the menu is great, very tasty. There is a small swimming pool. The massage is just wonderful at the SPA. It helped to relax after long walks around the city. But the most precious thing this hotel has is its people. All the staff, starting from the entrance, reception and ending with the waiters in the restaurant, are so sincere, kind and responsive people that when we left, it felt like we were leaving the family. They smiled endlessly at us, responded to the slightest request (and we had quite a few of them), showed concern and tact, adjusted and constantly took care of us. The special diamond of this team is, of course, Nora. She is Russian-speaking, incredibly warm, responsive and empathetic. I am always ready to help, sincerely, open to requests and wishes. She is a big-hearted person. Such people are rarely found. I am immensely grateful to her for Everything! We will definitely come back. More precisely, we have already booked in October. And I can definitely recommend, no, not like that, insist that if you want Istanbul to leave you with the feeling that you have been home, in the sense of the word - a place where it is warm and cozy and where you are very welcome and always expected, then you need to stay at the Yasmak Sultan hotel! We had a rest with my husband from 06 to 11 February! To say that it is super is to say nothing. We really liked it here! Pleasant staff, clean room, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, water, tea, coffee, sugar are always in the rooms. It's very cozy! And the breakfasts are just a fairy tale: diverse, for every taste, any cuisine, from European to Asian - we are absolutely delighted. Special thanks to the manager named Nora, she is always polite, tactful, attentive, professional, speaks many languages, including Russian. The hotel is very well located - there are many attractions within walking distance - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge And so on. Nearby is the Marmarea station - very convenient. In addition to the main distribution, you can order pancakes, waffles, shakshuka and something else individually - it's free and delicious.
Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean, the plumbing all worked properly, the only caveat is that the rooms are very small - 15 meters, no more. In general, I liked everything very much!

We just arrived from Istanbul. We stayed at the Yasmak Sultan Hotel. Everything is fine! There is a tram stop nearby. All major historical sites are 7-10 minutes away on foot. The service is excellent. The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white.. The room is cleaned every day. Polite staff. A Russian-speaking guide works at the hotel every day from 8.00 to 15.00. The breakfasts are decent. The choice of dishes is sufficient. In the spring we are going to Istanbul again and to the same hotel.

I recommend the hotel. Beautiful. Of course, we lived in the Yasmak comfort 3* hotel, but this is practically one hotel.
1. The rooms are very clean, tidy every day.
2. The room has everything: safe, tea set, heating, shampoos, slippers.
3. There is no huge choice for breakfast, but everything is very tasty, and the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor is super.
4. Check-in is fast - 1 minute. Although we arrived at 8 a.m., and check-in was at 14:00, we were immediately accommodated and allowed to have breakfast. They didn't take a penny.
5. All the sights are nearby.

A very old hotel, the rooms stink of dampness, as they are not ventilated. There is constant smoking under the windows and the stench drags into the windows. We stopped by for 6 days, on the third day they took away all our slippers, did not put new ones, and also did not replenish the sets of shower gels and shampoos. Swimming pool and etc. The gym is free, the sauna is 10 euros. The hotel itself is next to the Hippodrome Square and the sights on it. I recommend. The only downside, at times there was only one hot water.

We stayed at this hotel in 2020. The location is convenient, the breakfasts are very varied and delicious.We had a rest in February - there is no heating, the room faced the corner. They asked to change the room in the middle of the building - they changed it within an hour! The rooms are clean and bright. That's it! Within walking distance. The pool was visited daily. The attitude towards tourists is excellent. I recommend it!
