I lived in a room on the 1st floor, I can't hear any noise. A huge double bed. The room has everything, water, tea, coffee, hair dryer, soap accessories (including toothbrush and paste), bathrobe, slippers, safe).
We took a room with breakfast (buffet), everything is delicious.
