I recently visited the coffee shop "Hotfix", and was completely delighted! From the very entrance, I was greeted by a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The interior is designed in a modern style with elements of comfort, which creates an ideal environment for relaxation or work.
The coffee here is just great! I ordered a latte, and it was cooked to perfection — rich taste, perfect foam and pleasant aroma. I also can't help but mention the variety of desserts: I tried their signature cheesecake, which melted in my mouth!
Top-level service: the staff is attentive and always ready to help with the choice. The prices are quite adequate for such quality.
In general, the "Hotfix" is a great place where you want to come back again and again. I recommend it to all lovers of good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere!
In most cases, everything is great, the friendly staff and so on. But sometimes they can get caught and not very friendly. You come an hour after the opening and they just wipe the tables, the floor, and so on. The door is closed, there is no sign. You stand there and think: what is it? I stood for 10 minutes until they deigned to come up and say "technical break". First of all, what prevented me from doing it right away, they saw me. Secondly, why can't all this work be done at the beginning of the shift or before the opening? I understand that the shift is long, but I also want coffee after the night shift, which they can't make for me, and they also drive me away with a dissatisfied face.
I love this chain of coffee shops, but it is in this place that I periodically get to a not very friendly and not friendly barista. And yes, as already mentioned, the music sometimes plays very loudly. And this was exactly in the shift of that dissatisfied girl's life :) I can't say anything bad about the other baristas.
