They don't work according to the schedule. The opening hours are indicated from 8:00 a.m. At 8:35 a.m. everything is closed. And this happens often. And there is never any change even from 20 rubles. It's like there's no change at all. One person works, you can stand in line for half an hour, it's very stuffy.
