There are a lot of crumbs in the window. Price tags are not obvious, if you come for the first time, it is very difficult to understand that the price applies to all products. Plus, the price tags do not change and are not removed with a rearrangement on the showcase. There are price tags for products that do not exist and products are not under their own price tags.
Communication with guests is kept to a minimum, very rarely are the staff really friendly. Today, the girl came to the checkout to take my order and said with displeasure: "Next," no greeting, nothing. Checks are not issued on principle. Everywhere. This is at least a violation of the law. The employees do not make it clear that the order has been accepted and you can go to the pick-up area to wait for the order. They work reluctantly, slowly.
As for coffee, the drinks do not meet the standards. I ordered a cappuccino today, I didn't get what. The milk is whipped in an overly large pitcher relative to the glass, the foam is all left there. The norm for cappuccino is up to 60% milk foam, there would even be 10% gained with great difficulty. As a result, we get the wrong cappuccino, the wrong latte, neither of which claims to be of good quality. Syrup is added either too much or too little. Today, there was so much syrup that it was absolutely impossible to taste the coffee itself. Last time, the syrup didn't feel at all.
We also add that the declared volumes do not correspond to the actual ones, but 50 milliliters less. And there is absolutely nothing to say about a cold 0.2 glass, which is barely empty for this volume, and if you add ice to it, then there will be nothing to drink.
