There used to be a great coffee shop, now it's like drinking slop. For many years, I bought coffee almost every day at Momo shopping center and was always satisfied. This year, young boys and girls have been working since the summer, who manage to spoil the mood with their masterpieces almost every time. I always buy a large cappuccino with syrup. Previously, one dose was enough to enjoy the aroma. Now you pay for a double, triple portion - the coffee is not even sweet, not to mention that there is no taste of syrup at all. Bottom line: I do not recommend the Hotfix coffee shop in Momo shopping center and I will not take any more drinks in this institution myself

I've always had a pretty good opinion of the coffee shops of this chain, but it's impossible to turn a blind eye to some things. In the hotfix, Khmelnitsky has incredibly rude staff, without exaggeration. I rarely look in here, but every time I am struck by the rudeness of the staff. Teach the barista guy who worked today (15.08) to talk to visitors. After such pseudo-smart answers and rudeness, no one will want to come back here. I'm already silent about the constant absence of most items from the menu, there are always no syrups, ice, lemonades, matches…It is very tiring to play guessing games based on drinks. This is usually not the case at other points. I hope such reviews will be taken into account and the situation in this coffee shop will improve.

I went to the hotfix at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street for the first time and realized that I would never come in again. I ordered myself an author's coffee, after I had already given the order to +-6 customers, but they still don't call mine. After I came up and said, "Girl, I'm sorry, but when my coffee is ready, I've been waiting for 15 minutes," the girl with a displeased face said 2 minutes and started cooking it, and then put my order just on the table, without naming what it was. If I hadn't been standing next to him, I probably wouldn't have had coffee at all. Of course, I understand everything, maybe you were talking about the order, but you could at least apologize and not roll your eyes..
