I went to the hotfix at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street for the first time and realized that I would never come in again. I ordered myself an author's coffee, after I had already given the order to +-6 customers, but they still don't call mine. After I came up and said, "Girl, I'm sorry, but when my coffee is ready, I've been waiting for 15 minutes," the girl with a displeased face said 2 minutes and started cooking it, and then put my order just on the table, without naming what it was. If I hadn't been standing next to him, I probably wouldn't have had coffee at all. Of course, I understand everything, maybe you were talking about the order, but you could at least apologize and not roll your eyes..

There used to be a great coffee shop, now it's like drinking slop.
For many years, I bought coffee almost every day at Momo shopping center and was always satisfied. This year, young boys and girls have been working since the summer, who manage to spoil the mood with their masterpieces almost every time. I always buy a large cappuccino with syrup. Previously, one dose was enough to enjoy the aroma. Now you pay for a double, triple portion - the coffee is not even sweet, not to mention that there is no taste of syrup at all.
Bottom line: I do not recommend the Hotfix coffee shop in Momo shopping center and I will not take any more drinks in this institution myself

Insanely long wait , one barista is good- it's worth making orders ( zero questions ) the second one, at a time when there is already a queue, declares the phrase "that's it, I'm gone"
And he starts washing syrup bottles..... of course , I understand everything , but when people are standing , you can serve them instead of dancing to music and doing other things .

I've always had a pretty good opinion of the coffee shops of this chain, but it's impossible to turn a blind eye to some things. In the hotfix, Khmelnitsky has incredibly rude staff, without exaggeration. I rarely look in here, but every time I am struck by the rudeness of the staff. Teach the barista guy who worked today (15.08) to talk to visitors. After such pseudo-smart answers and rudeness, no one will want to come back here.
I'm already silent about the constant absence of most items from the menu, there are always no syrups, ice, lemonades, matches…It is very tiring to play guessing games based on drinks. This is usually not the case at other points. I hope such reviews will be taken into account and the situation in this coffee shop will improve.

Good afternoon! I have been visiting this chain coffee shop for several years. This coffee shop was the most convenient location for students of different universities.
Unfortunately, the quality of service has been deteriorating every time lately. At first, you are aggressively greeted by young baristas (now they no longer work here), who may even use obscenities in the direction of the guest who willy-nilly heard this obscenity.
At the moment, friendly baristas are forced to refuse guests most of the items from the menu due to their absence. In other points of this chain of coffee shops, this is rare. Here, there have been no syrups or the usual grill for a month, there are often no ingredients for making various types of coffee or other drinks (
It is a pity that in an institution so popular among students at several universities at once, suppliers and the director treat visitors so negligently!

Incredibly rude staff. Today, on 11/30/2022, we visited this institution at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street. The girl did not pay any attention to us, moreover, she had her back to us and was on the phone. She noticed that we came in, but did not react in any way. Next, we placed an order. All the seats were occupied, except for the tables with the chairs raised. We thought that the staff were preparing for closure and therefore they were picked up, although the time was about 9 pm. There were no markings on the chairs, nothing. We took down the chairs and sat down. We stayed at the table for about 10-15 minutes before the second employee came with the words "Hey, did you see that the chairs were raised?" in a very rude tone and a move. We said that we were not informed about this when we decided to sit here. She only then informed us that we should do what we wanted, but some of these chairs were poorly bolted. That is, we were potentially put in danger and at the same time did not report this breakdown, and they also ran over us.
