In general, I love the coffee shops of this particular chain. The coffee is delicious here, and the prices are human, and there is a cozy place to sit, and delicious pastries. I recently closed on Khoruzhey, I was so upset. It's a pity that there aren't many of them in the city.

Constantly dirty tables and very impolite baristas. It's not the first time I've noticed. I don't require friendliness, but I would like a banal "hello". They talk loudly to each other, they sort through the bones of their acquaintances, they don't hesitate to express themselves, it feels like these are not employees, but a noisy company of ill-mannered teenagers. And if the barista has the opportunity to broadcast his music to the entire coffee shop, let it be either music or silence. I would not like to have to listen to Tiktok's tape and voice messages. One of the advantages: a warm place and you can buy coffee. No more.

Not friendly staff. The drink that was on the menu was refused for unknown reasons. We ordered another cold coffee. The barista made it hot, and when I asked why it was hot, the answer was that he asked twice whether it was hot or cold, although the question was only about the size. I ordered the drink cold and indicated it. The coffee wasn't redone, and she was blamed.
