The music is calm, for example, for everyone, for the atmosphere, and most importantly, a working air conditioner. You can stop by for coffee, but fix the door.

Constantly dirty tables and very impolite baristas. It's not the first time I've noticed. I don't require friendliness, but I would like a banal "hello". They talk loudly to each other, they sort through the bones of their acquaintances, they don't hesitate to express themselves, it feels like these are not employees, but a noisy company of ill-mannered teenagers. And if the barista has the opportunity to broadcast his music to the entire coffee shop, let it be either music or silence. I would not like to have to listen to Tiktok's tape and voice messages. One of the advantages: a warm place and you can buy coffee. No more.

I loved the hotfix with all my heart until I came to this place. The barista forgot to add syrup, added it on top of the whole drink after I asked if he had added it exactly. It's a terrible place. For two reasons:
1) The child was not allowed to use the toilet! Next to the donuts, they also ignored the request.
2) The service was so lazy and the barista was dissatisfied that I wanted to leave the place faster. Instead of hello and a smile, we heard that you were sitting on a chair and propping your chin with your hand.

The main advantage of the coffee shop, purely aesthetically, until recently was being in the same room with a bookstore - it's a pity the bookstore was closed.

, did not say hello, spoke very quietly, in general, very uncomfortable. Half of the ingredients were missing (cream, chocolate, syrups, soda for lemonade ...), and the employee did not tell us about it, we had to literally pull out all the words. The drinks taste so-so, one is really small, although they took a big one. The employee kept rolling her eyes like I should run out and buy her all the ingredients. All the tables are also very dirty. In general, it's just money and time for nothing. Usually, your coffee shop is very tasty and cute, but this time, of course, we were surprised.

The question is, why is it not written anywhere that the milkshake is hot? In my understanding, a milkshake is a cold drink, the barista was not warned about this, in tuitoga, instead of a milkshake, I received hot cocoa with blackberries.
A friend ordered a cold latte, they made it hot, and then they also redid it for 10 minutes. As a result, it turned out to be terribly bitter, there were no questions before that

We were at a coffee shop today (27.11), ordered Raf coffee and was expecting it. It's been almost 10 minutes, my order is not there. The barista had previously put out a glass and said it was Tea. After that, a girl came up and took this "Tea", she had it in her hands for about five minutes. She twisted it, turned it, and drank. Then the employee caught himself and ran up to the girl and said, "what did you order," to which the girl replied tea 200 or 250ml (I don't know how much this glass is). There are also questions to the girl why she took the coffee if she ordered tea. The barista stands with this glass, turns to me and says: "Well, will you?", to which I refused, that is, the person drank, and I have to finish it?! Or how did the employee imagine it? When he refused, he gave me that he would redo the coffee only at my expense, and the fact that my order was taken away was not his problem. Of course, no one has redone my coffee. When asked to give a complaint book, they said they did not know where it was, in the end, they searched and hoped that I would not wait and leave. The complaint was written, I would like to solve this problem and finally pay attention to the staff. I am silent about the fact that in my presence the barista communicated with a colleague and called me and the second girl "GIRLS". Customer orientation at the level, education too👍🏻

The atmosphere is calm. Overall, I liked it. The cheesecake latte was delicious. The only drawback was that my table and the neighboring ones were covered in crumbs. I would like the visitors to eat more carefully, but the staff still kept the hall clean.
