We rested in the cabin.Bed 1 is good, 2 are just springs, without a mattress! The TV is very small, it shows 1 channel, in the toilet in the cracks of the wall you can count passing cars!There is a cafe on site, prices are like in a restaurant! There are no canteens nearby, just cook on your own. The road to the sea is generally unique! Only the manager 5 🌟 One disappointment, I do not recommend it!

The houses are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the terrace at the house is quite wide, you can comfortably accommodate a company at a table.the owner is very responsive, always in touch, brought extra. A place (a new Euro cot), did not pay extra for it.place
Of the cons:very very small territory, no place to eat, very small Parking, car noise around the clock (near Kodorskoe highway, very busy street)
Sandy Mocha beach within walking distance, literally 150 meters. The beach is wide and spacious, it is never crowded.
Next to the houses, across the street there are two grocery stores that have everything you need, including fresh fruits and vegetables

The location is excellent, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away, shops are across the street, everything is in the house except shelves, a cafe on the territory with a decent kitchen, of the cons there is a road nearby (although with the air conditioner working you can hardly hear)

A wonderful place!
The room is clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. The territory is not large, but it is very cozy and there are a lot of trees. The receptionist immediately warned that the houses were near the road and cars could be heard at night, but this did not bother us at all. There is a cafe next to the fence. They cook very tasty, everything is fresh. This is the best cafe in the whole of Sukhum.
The sea is very close, the beach is wild, sandy, but you can walk and go to the equipped Mocha beach.
We really liked this place! We will definitely come again)))

A nice, cozy place for a quiet family vacation. Everything you need is available on site. The houses are large with cozy beds. But there are absolutely not enough cabinets and shelves.
The location is next to the road, so you can hear cars driving. There is an exit to the sea from the back, there is a wild beach. All entertainment is 1.5 km away on foot.
It's a long way from the entire infrastructure, you'll have to walk a lot.

We lived here for a week from 18.06-25.06, everything is fine, we really liked it, we checked in at 5 am. The air conditioner is very saving. There are very tasty Khachapuri cafes nearby, impressions for the whole year. Yes, there is a highway nearby, but we also have a road next to our house, so it's customary, the beach is nearby, while we rested there was practically no one there, the beach itself is sandy, the entrance is rocky, literally a meter and a half.

A place for very unassuming travelers... According to the amenities in the houses, everything is fine. Among the advantages: normal mattresses, working air conditioning and the ability to wash clothes. BUT! The territory is very small and completely unkempt: in the photo it looks much larger, covered with sharp gravel, the plants on the territory are all dried up, no one takes care of them. In the evening, there is no lighting on the territory, once a child flew between the steps of the stairs that you climb into the house. The table on the territory stands on wooden pallets, into the cracks of which the legs of the chairs fall. The walls of the houses are just cardboard, and behind them is a busy highway, along which cars rush at breakneck speed at night and honk their horns. There was a feeling that sooner or later some reckless driver would fly into the wall. Stray dogs with lacerations somehow get into the territory. Yes, the sea is close, but you have to walk to it along a path with garbage. Strange streams flow into the sea, carrying mud, the beach is wild, not equipped. It's good that Mocha Beach is not so far away. The restaurant on the territory of Atara is not bad, I would like to have breakfast there, but it has been open since 10. We have been to Abkhazia 1 time and it is good that we decided to stay in 2 places, otherwise we would have been completely disappointed in the rest. We were in Atara for only 5 days, then we left for Pitsunda, where everything was already better. I would like the host to think about the arrangement of the territory, because some guests turn around and leave. We are not such snobs, accustomed to seeing only the bad in everything, and not very discerning tourists. This is just a subjective review by 8 people.

Good afternoon, we had a rest in July 2022 in this cozy place. Comfortable houses that are in the shade, as relict trees grow throughout the territory, which creates special comfort in hot weather. The houses are clean, have everything you need, bathroom, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, which cools well, TV. The terrace of the house is very convenient: for eating, relaxing. The shared kitchen has everything you need, but we decided to eat in the restaurant that is adjacent to the guest house (1 minute walk). The restaurant is very tasty, the prices for 4 people for lunch are 3 hot, 2 second, wine, tea - 1500-1700 rubles. But always check the account, sometimes on it... The owner is very attentive. We really liked it, we will definitely go next year. PS: vacationers write that they were hindered by the nearby road and music from the restaurant. It didn't bother my family with a child, since in your city you also hear the sound of cars at night, it was distant and did not interfere with sleep, and in the restaurant the music was up to 1 a.m. at most, and to be honest the songs are calm and I wanted it to play louder. While we rested for 2 days, it rained, but the sea was clean, but not calm, we walked along the beach, 300 meters, the water was already dirty (there is not far from the river)

It's okay to sleep one night. But for recreation, the price is too high. 5000 is too high for a panel, untreated house. Moreover, the noise from the road is simply unreal. I think that before raising prices, it would be worth worrying about normal access to the beaches. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Parking only for two cars of the motorcycle class. departure is potentially dangerous, because right on the highway, where blind Abkhazians. they squeeze out everything they have. There is a noisy road nearby around the clock. To go to the beach through the railway past a couple of garbage cans. Children squeal in the yard until the evening, and at night women of both sexes on beer.

Before you decide to stop here, you need to read the reviews, conditions, photos and a map very carefully. Not to say that everything is really bad, but it's not super wow either. Usually straight. Six wooden summer houses behind a fence stand along the Kodori highway, along which cars rush 24/7. And this is perhaps the biggest disadvantage. But! in fairness, I will say that the administrator warned about this in correspondence before booking and asked us to confirm that we were notified of the noise. Otherwise, nothing prevents rest. The houses themselves look cute. Upon arrival, the inside of the house was clean, we lived for five nights, did not notice that there was cleaning during this time. There is parking on site, which is a big plus for Abkhazia. There is an apatcha behind the fence, where you can have a delicious and satisfying meal. The sea is also behind the fence, but the road to it is not the cleanest. In the house itself there is a bed, a tiny TV, a bedside table, a mini fridge, a kettle, cups, air conditioning. We were in September, it was cool at night, so we turned it on for heating. In the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain, a hairdryer. The towels are snow-white, the bed linen is also, the slippers are disposable. There is also a small room in the house, there is a rail for things in it. On the veranda there is a table, chairs, a dryer. There is a barbecue on the territory, a table with an umbrella, a shared kitchen in a separate room, we did not use it, but there were cereals and tea, dishes, tiles, a microwave, you can cook in general. There is also an ironing board, iron, washing machine.
A 10-minute walk from Sinop and Mocha beach with all entertainment, cafes, sun beds, etc. The beach itself near the cabins is wild. This is all for an amateur. There are also shops nearby, but there are chips, yoghurts, chocolates, beer. You need to go to the city to get food for cooking. There is also a bus stop nearby, so going anywhere is not a problem. And the dogs are on the territory of ... well, this is Abkhazia)) They're everywhere here.
If you go to the sea early in the morning and then walk / swim / go on excursions all day and come to sleep without hind legs, then this option is not bad, especially for a company))

In early May, we booked a house for July, made an advance payment. As a result, today, on July 14, we arrived, and they told us: sorry, we can't move in, the toilet and electrical wiring are broken. There were 2 options with worse conditions, which did not suit us. As a result, the child and I were left alone on the street. It is almost impossible to find new housing during the peak season, but we managed to) Thanks to the kind and helpful residents of Sukhum!

The house is equipped as a suite, but there is no sound insulation, given the Sukhumi highway 10 m from the houses and cafes, where live music sings until 2-3 nights. The beach is 5 minutes away, the way is through an abandoned railway platform. The beach is sand, mountain rivers, so after the rains the water is muddy and dirty.
