We rented a room for 3 days. My wife and I were satisfied, a large room, a clean bed and all the necessary items. polite staff also has breakfast. located in a quiet place, the most important thing is inexpensive, I recommend it 👍🏻
Pros - the room is large, in principle, for the price for which we booked - 16.5 dollars per day - normal. The street is pretty quiet, we got a good night's sleep. Not far from the airport.
The city center is 4-5 kilometers away, the metro is far from the hotel, according to Google maps.
On the downside, the TV wasn't working, and there was Wi-Fi, but the room was very unstable. It catches beautifully in the courtyard of the hotel. On the booking, the room description lists a refrigerator, but it is not there. We were allowed to use the shared fridge in the kitchen. The duvet cover was not changed, they said, it was immediately replaced. There is soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes. But we had one brush that was used. Be careful, it may happen.
The breakfasts are regular. One day there was semolina porridge. And so - baking mainly and slicing of cheese and sausage. But everything is delicious. The eggs were boiled. You can take as much bottled water as you want.
We stayed for 2 nights. A good hotel, the price per room is quite adequate. Payment for the room is in cash only.
I recently stayed at the Art House Hotel, and my impressions were extremely positive! From the very moment of arrival, I was struck by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were attentive to every detail and always ready to help.
The rooms at the hotel are decorated with impeccable taste, creating an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. Every morning started with a great breakfast, which was pleasantly pleased with the variety and quality of the dishes.
The location of the hotel is also a big plus — it is located in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to reach the main attractions.
In general, the Art House was a real discovery for me. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality service and a cozy atmosphere!
To be honest, I honestly don't understand who all these people are who give high ratings and write positive reviews about this "hotel".
When choosing it, we were guided by a large number of reviews and a high rating on booking / on Yandex. But only when we arrived at the "hotel" itself, we were in for a big disappointment.
1. The mattresses in the rooms are so hard and uncomfortable that it is simply impossible to sleep on them.
2. The sound insulation is just at zero. You can hear all the conversations, walking, traffic on the street, etc.
3. The windows are not sealed. Everything blows through them. By morning, the temperature in the room was almost the same as outside.
4. The air conditioner is not working. More precisely, it turns on, but it doesn't actually perform its main function.
5. The hair dryer in the room was broken. My wife had to go to another room to dry her head.
6. The sockets in the room were almost falling off.
7. Inside the room, including in the bathroom, it was dirty, there was scum in the kettle. It is clear that the curtains and tulle have not been washed for a long time.
8. Breakfast deserves special attention. What they give there is, in principle, very difficult to call food. The so-called breakfast is organized on the outdoor veranda, which is also cold and dirty. The chairs there are almost black, as if someone walked on them.
Thus, I highly do not recommend this "hotel", just as I do not recommend believing the positive reviews about this "hotel" left on the booking page in Yandex. It is better to pay a little more, but at the same time live in comfortable human conditions.
The service is excellent, the rooms are good, the staff is responsive, the breakfasts are varied and delicious at home, clean, calm and cozy, I recommend it!!!
We visited the hotel from October 19 to October 24, 2023. The service is good: cleaning every day, various breakfasts, homemade cakes, various confectionery.
Polite and helpful staff.
I liked the mascot of the hotel - the Funky cat.
Good price-quality ratio, do not forget to add a tourist fee. The room is clean, although not the one that was on the website when you bought it. Quiet, peaceful area, near the market where they make delicious manti and pomegranate fresh.
Special thanks for the breakfasts, delicious, varied, satisfying. There is also a kettle and a microwave in the shared kitchen, if necessary. Water in any quantity, the staff is friendly. Of the minuses, there is very weak Internet in the room and a hard mattress. For this, minus one star.
I liked the hotel. The rooms correspond to the price category. A cozy courtyard, an interesting layout, a clean and cozy cafe. The hotel arranged a meeting at the airport at night. Thank you for the warm welcome in December 2023.
A small cozy hotel, in accessible proximity to the airport, which is important. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Very good breakfasts. I recommend
The hotel is quite nice) Its own patio, atmospheric. The room is standard, not luxury, but I didn't expect much. The staff is good, they fulfilled all requests.
There is a small cafe with national cuisine next to the hotel. I recommend it! Delicious and cheap. Plus for fans of Korea, there is a Seoul Park nearby)
It's amazing!
I was looking for an apartment for a long time, I had to stay in this "Italian courtyard"
Absolutely homely atmosphere!
A variety of breakfasts!
Very beautiful and polite administrators!
All the staff resembles a big family
And you will be allowed here with your beloved pet, a cat in white boots named Funtik lives in the hotel
I recommend
We rested for 9 days the room is excellent the breakfasts are delicious the staff is polite everything is fine if we visit Tashkent again we will definitely stay at this hotel
A cool guest house in a historic building, has its own cafe, a swimming pool and a local cat, Boris, the guard. The rooms are unusual, with high ceilings and stucco, it feels like living in a museum)
The breakfasts are delicious and varied. In general, everything is cool. The only negative is that everything is a little tired, but the other advantages offset everything.
Be careful, the photo does not correspond to reality. We arrived late at night, warned in advance that we were with a child and needed a cot. They promised to give it to us and said they would make a discount for such a late check-in (at 4 am)
As a result, we were not given a crib, the discount was knocked out. The rooms are dirty, there are stains on the carpet, the air conditioner does not work well, almost no heat. I asked for a heater, they brought an old one, as if from a museum. They were afraid to turn on such a thing. At the same time, there is no towel rail and curtains in the bathroom
A pleasant democratic place at a great price! There is a swimming pool, rooms with high ceilings, new furniture, a feeling like in a museum, good breakfasts included. There is a market nearby to the left of the hotel, 300 meters to the right of the hotel, a cafe on the corner at the intersection is simple in its setting, but it is delicious with a good not expensive price tag.I recommend this hotel!!

A small hotel. The staff speaks Russian. Convenient location. There is a small market nearby. The Wi-Fi was working. in the room. The area is not noisy.
A cozy place with a pleasant courtyard, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Nearby there are shops, kiosks and generally a very convenient place for deployment. And yes, a local resident advised as a very quiet area
Responsive staff, the possibility of early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. And we checked into the rooms at 8 a.m. Clean, comfortable. I highly recommend it. Good breakfasts and a super-beautiful kitty.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
1. The photos on the island and the booking are old, they do not correspond to reality.
2. Breakfast is mediocre - belyashi without meat, eggshells in pancakes.
3. During the 3 nights that we stayed at the hotel, the room was never cleaned.
4. We looked at 3 rooms when we checked in: a terrible smell, dirty carpet on the floor, shower without a curtain, drawers in bedside tables without a bottom, dirty white walls, dust, old leaky bed linen, sheets in holes.
5. Both card payment terminals are not working.
6. The pool is dirty and shabby.
I give one star to the charming cat, the hotel is zero.
Everything is fine, but it would be nice to replace the bedding sets and towels. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The atmosphere is good, there is a swimming pool))
Terrible hotel! Very dirty! The photo does not correspond to reality. Dirty curtains, as if snot was wiped in them, dirty carpet, washed sheets and towels. The kettle is all scum, the water is white from there. It's the same at breakfast.
The Internet is very weak.
The biggest disadvantage is cleanliness! It's not very hygienic here in e. There is a terrible smell of mold in the bathtub.
Acceptable. Not very far from the center, for those who like walking, you can walk. The room was near the reception, there was one window in the room, which looked out into the lobby of the reception. But it is worth noting that the room is very spacious, the shower room with a bathroom is quite clean and in good condition.
Excellent, caring staff. Kind and polite. And a huge bonus is the entourage of a certain authenticity with a courtyard and other things... My thanks to this institution!
I liked all the staff.
The rooms are ideal in terms of price-quality ratio. Breakfast, which you can eat before lunch.
The pool is clean.
I'm removing 1 star for the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Either from the sewer or from the window.
(This is not in all rooms)
It's a nice warm hotel. Maybe not 5 stars, but they are not promised. A swimming pool in Tashkent in summer is always relevant.
The staff is very pleasant.
The place is quite convenient.
Everything is clear!
A chic hotel, the staff is very cheerful and friendly!
The hotel is always clean
Thank you 👍👍👍
I recommend it to everyone!

A very nice hotel. Polite, courteous staff. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I got a suite with three windows, a large balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfasts are delicious, they cook themselves
The hotel was booked on a booking almost two months before the trip. On the eve of arrival, we received a reminder that they were waiting for us there. However, the reception employee said that he did not see this reservation and referred to errors in the Booking process. There were no available rooms in the hotel and we were offered to go to another hotel, which we did not like according to the photo. Then "by chance" I found an empty room in a booked hotel. As a result, instead of the booked deluxe, we were accommodated in the cheapest tiny room, similar to the staff room, since we did not have the strength to look for a new hotel at night. We paid only $ 7 less for it (although it is clearly a much cheaper table) and no compensation for the current situation. At the end of the stay, a message came from the Booking that the reservation was canceled by the accommodation, which they allegedly did not see. In general, think twice before booking this hotel or double-check everything several times.
I didn't like it, it wasn't cozy. A gallery type, an open staircase, and even a circular layout. In my opinion, this is not suitable for a hotel. It looks like some kind of factory dispensary. Although I haven't been to the rooms and I don't know the prices.
The price was 2.300₽ , which is of course very cheap . The interior of the courtyard and the hotel is beautiful , but the room has a modest interior and very hard mattresses , they stood up straight as if they slept on the bare floor. The breakfast was good, but we saw a cockroach in the yard, so they can live in the kitchen. I don 't even know , maybe for the price of 3 it 's okay .
A modest hotel. Everything is standard, there is a slight smell of sewage from the bathtub, but we tightly closed the door there. A hard bed, although I'm not a sissy, and I've been on hard mattresses since childhood. The location is far from shops, metro. The breakfast is good. Our windows faced the road, or rather, directly onto the sidewalk - so we didn't open the window, we slept with air conditioning. I think it is too expensive in terms of price-quality ratio.
1. We arrived in the evening, settled in immediately. There were no towels in the room. Why not prepare them for arrival?
2. The lighting seems to be normal, but there is no light bulb in one of the fixtures.
3. The video showed that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Dust and dirt behind the bedside tables, under the table, and so on.
4. There was no green tea for breakfast. Then I saw the coffee machine. I remembered that everyone wrote about delicious coffee in the reviews. She asked, it turned out not to work (however, and then how many times did not ask, then it is not heated, then there is no bartender, then something else). Breakfast in general was delicious, but already at 8 a.m. it was cold. As it turned out later, many products have simply been taken out of the refrigerator since yesterday.
5. The second time we arrived closer to 5 pm. Check-in at 2, the room was not ready. We waited for 30 minutes.
6. In the evening it was terribly noisy, because the windows overlook the communal corridor, where Uzbek children were running around and their parents were hanging out until night, the staff did not react to this. At the same time, when I allowed myself to speak in a whisper at 8 pm near the reception, the staff made a remark to me that I was talking loudly
7. The last straw was the third settlement. It all started with the fact that I wrote in advance to the hotel that I would check out early and whether it was possible to replace breakfast a day earlier or get a lunch box. I was promised the second option. Upon arrival, in the late afternoon, I reminded the reception about the lunch box, I was assured that everything would be fine at 3 am at check-out. Here I began to have doubts: well, it's unlikely that the cook will get up to cook breakfast for me at 3 a.m. I asked to take a lunch box in advance. They told me: OK, we'll cut it now. An hour has passed.I reminded you of myself once again. They said they would bring it to the room. Then I decided that it was rubbish and it was easier to buy pizza and eat it for dinner and leave it for breakfast. I say: can I order dinner from the menu? Answer: no, the cook has left. You mean he's gone? And my lunch box? At the same time, I saw that someone was busy in the kitchen. Half an hour later, the receptionist was eating hot pilaf, but they stubbornly refused to feed me.
