Pros: gorgeous view of the city, the house is fully equipped with everything you need - bathrobes, towels, slates, hygiene products, hair dryer. The kitchen is also fully equipped, but for me the undoubted advantage was that Yandex delivery carries orders there in a large assortment, because I don't want to spend time cooking on vacation.
If you still want to cook, the barbecue area is also available and quite cozy.
A common problem in such houses is the water pressure - we had an excellent one, there were no problems taking a shower and washing the dishes.
Furako can be heated to the desired temperature and the vat remains hot for quite a long time.
Cons: there are no benches for sitting and internal steps in furako, so this kind of entertainment will not suit your grandmother.
There is a wonderful dog on the territory that kept us company all the time. There are zero complaints about the cute beast, but it was not possible to eat on the veranda because, of course, everything edible was subject to revision.
Conclusion: a great place for a romantic evening or a cozy vacation in a small company of 3-4 people. Calm, quiet, beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere.
