Quiet, calm. The staff is polite. We attended a dance club, a teacher in general, a fire, a special approach to each child.

The name "House of lack of culture" is more suitable for this completion, since there are no entertainment events, clubs for children. The central gate is always closed. There is a gate at the end of a blind fence. The restored facade hides complete unsanitary conditions and the absence of internal repairs.
