I visited the House of Optics with my grandchildren and granddaughter.
We checked our eyesight there, picked up glasses and even repaired the frame again.
And the doctor Knyazev checked our eyesight, he explains everything clearly and easily about eye problems, prescribes treatment. The medical staff is friendly. The elevator is working.
There is a play area on the 2nd floor for children, they can play there while waiting for their appointment call.
The toilets on the 1st and 2nd floor are always clean.
The optics house is located near the bus stop.

First, the children's eyesight was checked without a drop, and then they dripped more drops and sat for another hour. Frames are cheap and glasses are expensive. I didn't like the service, starting with the girl who gives out coupons, she's all nervous, then I waited 40 minutes to check my eyesight and pick up lenses, went into 104 and 105 rooms, there's like a conveyor belt, let's hurry up!I was surprised that the girls are all working young, and already so nervous, or tired!She even cheated there by barking in a rude way!
Result:the lenses that I bought there, after wearing them for a couple of days, I threw them away, or they were picked up incorrectly, or the lenses are like this

I read negative comments and am shocked..Are you being bribed there to throw mud at excellent doctors?.We go to an appointment every three months for two years..They've never been rude, or snorted at anyone..Kasapidi's doctor Elena E. is a very wonderful, kind, knowledgeable doctor..The guys do not know about the others, I was not at their reception, and Kasapidi advised me the same excellent doctor, but she has already retired, she was 73..when we came to the reception, I did not show the conclusions of the previous doctor, the diagnosis was made correctly (before that, after Dyachenka, I went to 2 other diagnoses, all different ones are made, the second one wanted to slap disability)
I advise everyone to Kasapidi E. E. and a very polite woman at the registry office, I have never heard that she would be rude, although I sit waiting for about an hour when the child is at the reception..
