Don't buy apartments here! Everyone (A100, the management of the residential complex) does not care about the residents. Elevators have not been working in all buildings on Morskoy Rif Street for 2 months. Allegedly, the cables were worn out, haha 3 times. Starting from April 1, the last connection to Minsk is being removed (minibus 1499 will not stop at the Kryzhovka bus stop)!

A very beautiful view from the window if the view is to the courtyard. A pleasant sound of water, although the channel bed is already dirty. Everything is within walking distance. In fact, an isolated ghetto with the only exit - to the highway. There seems to be a forest nearby, but...you can't get there, because there's not a single gate in the fence, if you want to go to nature, stomp on the highway and make a detour. There seems to be a second gate on the road to Ratomka, but not only is it impossible to get out of the word completely through them, they work every other time.
