I contacted the service 4 times, 3 of them for the repair of the brake system. When I picked up the car for the last time, they said that the brakes were now all sorted out and as new. Everything was fine until the 4th Appeal. Read more about the situation: I jammed the handbrake on the road (Monday evening), called the service before calling the tow truck, they replied that they were unlikely to look today - they would look tomorrow (i.e. Tuesday), how the car was delivered, everything turned out to be busy and they would look on Friday (at best on Thursday). I had to prove what I had promised before. As a result, when dismantling the caliper, new pads installed in the same service were split (to which I was told that it was impossible to remove the caliper without damaging the pads, as a result, they installed the damaged pad back to me). + they said on the phone that the muffler was damaged, upon arrival it turned out that the nozzle of the rear can was broken off, although no one told me on the phone that it broke as a result of some of their actions. I found a photo from a tow truck, it shows that the muffler is intact and I gave the car to the service with two nozzles, to which they replied that "it fell off itself from old age." We started looking for a nozzle in the parking lot, and eventually it turned out to be on the table in the service. They answered my questions that if there are claims, they should do an independent examination, and added that I was just unlucky with them.
I won't apply a second time. I am writing a review in order to improve the quality of services.
1. I stopped by at 10.40 for an oil change in the engine, and left at 12.20.
2. The specialist is looking for a tool for a long time - it is not at hand, you have to look at neighboring workplaces.
3. We haven't heard about overalls and order here: it's dark, dirty and wet.
4. "Oh, this is the first time I've seen protection on a Sprinter!" - the words of a specialist.
The projection of improving the quality of services and the safety of employees is obvious. I'll leave some pictures to confirm it.
There was an appointment to replace the silent blocks of the front levers and replace the front brake discs.
The work was done efficiently. The collapse and convergence were made on a modern stand. The mechanic who carried out the work is a professional in his field. I recommend
