I visited the Hovhannes Shiraz House Museum in Gyumri. My impressions were the most vivid!
The museum is located on Gorky Street and is open from Tuesday to Sunday. The only thing worth considering is that the opening hours vary slightly by day: from 10:00 to 17:00 on Wednesday and Saturday, until 18:00 on Tuesday, and on Sunday until 16:00.
The main advantage of this place is the amazing tour guide Narine Khachatryan. She not only tells about the poet's life, but also masterfully combines his biography with poetry reading. In 45 minutes, you really feel like you've been transported back in time and you're living the life of Shiraz with him.
The museum has a rich collection: personal belongings of the poet, his desk, photographs from different periods of his life, as well as works of art created by his sons. All the exhibits create a very soulful atmosphere.
