Our vacation was organized by Aidana , she did not get in touch from the first days , she could not get through . This has never happened with other managers before . A very unorganized person , did not call back once . I wasn't interested in how we flew and how the check-in went and how the rest went. It's a shame that the interest in further cooperation with you has disappeared.We have been using the company 's services for 8 years . But this is our first time.

We flew to Egypt for a family vacation (Sharm). Too many friends flew there on vacation and the reviews were mostly positive. Karlygash's manager did an excellent job with the selection of the hotel and met our budget. The area was well landscaped. The children really liked the beach at the hotel. We were a little afraid of the wind and that it would be cool - winter, after all… However, Karlygash took a responsible approach to this issue and chose a hotel where the wind is not felt. Among the disadvantages - it was a little noisy in the evening, the Internet didn't work well in some places, but these are small things :)
