It's a beautiful place. The hotel is more focused on families with children, but you can always find a quiet place. There is an adult-only pool surrounded by tall shrubs, there are rooms with their own entrance to the river pool, there is the first area of sun beds to the sea, there is a wonderful bar-restaurant at the sea entrance.

The sea is clean, without algae, jellyfish, etc. - excellent breakfasts, food for every taste. - It's a paradise for children here. a swimming pool with several types of slides, a children's play club, a water town and a pirate ship (climbing mountain), free fruit ice in the daytime. - a fully equipped gym, there are all the basic fitness equipment for temporary fitness maintenance. Plus free water-bananas-protein cookies, etc. - a very beautiful and well-designed area, the landscape designer did a great job. - there is a small pool "for adults" Cons: - it is impossible to rest peacefully. The main visitors are guests with children - noise, uproar, crying, screaming, screeching, snot-drooling and all this from early morning until late evening. - queues at breakfast. It is served only in the main restaurant and in the morning it is simply sold out. You will definitely not get pleasure from breakfast. - The Government of Thailand continues its domestic tourist subsidy program, launched during Covid-19 and still not stopped. Hence, the bulk of the guests, especially on weekends and holidays, are local Thais, who fill almost the entire hotel, and to put it mildly, this is very different from when ordinary overseas tourists rest. - the hotel consists of several buildings. The main building, 6 floors, has a direct “sea view”, and these are the worst rooms, because this building is located a few meters from the six-lane expressway. And the noise from the road at night, when everything goes quiet, is just terribly loud. It's as if you lived three meters from the MKAD. The situation is aggravated by the fact that there is no wall on the side of the highway, but immediately a door to the room. We stayed up all night and moved to another room in the morning. Keep in mind. - if you have elite statuses in the program Marriott's loyalty, then here, at 99 percent, they won't mean anything. You can't get any upgrades or any of the usual privileges. And if you have a Russian passport, then even more so. This is an American network, and all the hotel management staff are EU citizens, and unfortunately, the attitude towards Russian passports has now become equally unfriendly everywhere (to put it mildly). Of course, they won't spit in your face, but you will feel the changed attitude, especially if you know how it should have been. - most of the staff in restaurants speaks English poorly, and difficulties arise. Despite the agreement with the management and two chefs on the need to cook our dishes without spices, sugar salt and in a gentle way, some problems arose all the time. During the whole month of our stay, they were not able to adequately fulfill the agreements, all the time there were some problems. - the territory of the hotel is very small, especially considering the number of rooms. - uncomfortable pillows that do not meet Marriott standards - the hotel is so old, but in some places it needs updating, especially plumbing, room furnishings. We had problems with the sink, or rather the drain, the overhead shower was leaking, the bed was damaged and cracked, as if it was about to fall apart, from minimal movement, well, all sorts of little things, like a torn floor lamp, a chipped corner at the table, etc. Overall, the hotel is not bad. If you are not confused by the crowds of locals with children filling the hotel by almost 90-100 percent on weekends, queues for breakfast, noise and hubbub, lack of loyalty to status guests And lack of hospitality to holders of Russian passports, then you may even like it. If you are looking for peace, tranquility, hospitality, then it is better to look for another place.
