Incompetent employees are working. They don't really consult. They cannot accurately state the list of required documents over the phone. The documents were accepted for some reason, along with the payment and the passport (the passport is usually taken when there is a high probability of a visa being affixed, and not just like that!), then suddenly it turns out that a certificate of $ 5,000 is needed on the account. Time and nerves have been wasted. And one employee punched the payment twice more, well, at least they returned it, thank you.
