I gave the phone for repair to replace the battery and glue the screen. I asked to flash to the latest firmware supported by this device. Upon receiving the phone, the firmware remained the same. Instead of calling and telling the client that he already has the latest firmware installed for this device (it's obvious, but I wanted to get the global version, not the regional one), we just reset the phone to factory settings and charged 30 rubles for it. Well, I'm sorry, if you're recruiting people who consider such a big difference in sound to be the norm, then this is the first bell. Well, anyway, let's continue. After leaving the SC, on the recommendation of the engineer and the head, I called the hotline and described the situation to them.

I take a dipstick and a ruler and try to clarify how thick the dipstick should be so that it is 3 mm, another appeal for the door and bingo is 0.3 mm, at least we found a consensus in something, it is in the thickness of the dipstick.
