Humans has a "super 0" tariff. So in this branch, at first they assured that this tariff was no longer connected, then after a call to support, and when support told them directly that they would connect this tariff, the managers simply dropped the support call, and then openly began to say that the director forbade them to connect this tariff. Anyway, they don't want to work for free, so they won't connect anything.
