Booking wasn't timely confirmed by hotel staff, had to make few phonecalls upon arrival.
Room key didn't work from start. When replaced, I found the room with two little beds instead of one large. Had to change again.
Room is decent, breakfast is poor, no service.
Check out was a problem too,Had to make phonecalls to arrange payment.
Overall, a lot to improve.

A great, new hotel in a great location. Helpful staff, reasonable breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. There are about 100 channels on the TV, about 25 Russian ones. The accommodation is at a high level. I recommend. The only small disadvantage is for those who like to sleep longer in the morning, ask for a room with windows not on the tennis court, because in the morning, while it's not hot, athletes come to train. The blows of the ball can be heard even with the windows closed.

The hotel is being completed. We booked a room by phone, at a normal price, but the room turned out to be unfinished in terms of decoration. Towels and bed linen are of high quality.
The breakfast is terrible, everything is cold, the dishes that are over are not added. There is no coffee machine. The impression is bad, even though we are not picky.

So-so hotel. The employees are not so hospitable. There are a couple of basic things missing in the room itself.
