In general, the hotel is not bad, it draws on its 3 stars. The location is good, close to the city center, allows you to get to shops and shopping centers. In the morning, they serve breakfast a la buffet. The corridors are quite clean, the rooms are cozy, and there is everything you need to stay. The only problem is with Wi-Fi, it does not catch anywhere, as a result, you have to connect roaming. There is absolutely nothing to watch on TV-just Chinese stuff without translation. The only thing that saves is interactive TV, where you can watch a couple of free movies. They clean the rooms well, but they may miss something) And so a normal hotel, you can live without problems)
I still didn't understand what the connection between Marriott and Wanhao is, because the Russians call him Wanhao, and on booking services - Marriott. The hotel is international, located in the Kunlun building, which also has guest-like organizations for accommodation, cafes, restaurants, an excellent sauna. It is located just one block from the East Square. All amenities, slippers are provided, automatic curtains, smart pot, large TV, air conditioning. The room is small. Sound insulation is average. There is its own Parking lot - if there is no space in front of the facade, they will find it in the backyard. There are many places around where to eat, have breakfast, have a snack, drink coffee.
The bed is large, the mattress is soft. There are problems with temperature fluctuations of the water in the shower and in the bathroom - sometimes cold, sometimes hot. There was no extractor hood in my bathroom. Wifi is not stable. There are soup everywhere, even in the room. The breakfast is delicious
It's not a bad hotel. We had two rooms per family. One with two beds and the other with one double bed and a sofa bed. The rooms are small but cozy. Nice modern bathroom. The breakfasts are acceptable. We found something to eat
The big disadvantage is that you can smoke in the hotel
It's impossible to breathe in the lobby
I love everything here: location, living conditions, breakfasts. Quite a modern renovation, unlike other hotels in the city. Friendly staff. The coffee shop on the ground floor deserves special attention, delicious coffee. There is a sauna in the hotel building, next to the grocery market, where there are a lot of delicious things, a lot of Chinese establishments where you can eat tasty, colorful and cheap.
The hotel is quite good for its 3 stars.
However, the marriott is called Wanhao, which put us in a stupor that some Chinese dragged us away in a taxi at the bus station and brought us to the wrong place (we were traveling on a visa) . The reception staff is generally not in the tooth in Russian, it is very difficult without a guide-translator.
The room itself is bright and clean.
It's not very convenient for me - it's a hand wash basin right at the entrance, nothing to put next to it. TV is also only Chinese, enjoy as much as you can or watch Tom and Jerry 😅😅
WiFi does not work normally, 3 seconds and that's it, there is no connection, so use the roaming connection. It saved us, because at least the map works, we walked everywhere
The breakfast is a buffet, not even a bad one. There are dishes and like Russian, but in the Chinese manner) everything is fresh and delicious.
I am glad that the hotel is located very well. You can walk to most of the famous locations
Nice little single room. Underfloor heating and air conditioning. It blows mercilessly from the windows, but the temperature is adjusted as you need. The clean bed is white. Changing towels, taking out the trash every day.Expenses are also paid every day. A machine with shaving gel, soap, comb and toothpaste with a brush, drinking water. The bed is wide. They fit perfectly with the baby. Refrigerator, kettle, two mugs, chair. But there is no table and tea is practically on the floor. Maids are not intrusive. The room is practically not cleaned. They use a mop in the middle and don't even wash it. I washed everything myself and the floors every day. The breakfast buffet is excellent at the hotel.
I'll start with the fact that this is not a Marriott, it may have been once, but now it definitely is not, neither in name nor in content
Overall, a good hotel, relatively fresh renovation, good beds, large bathrooms, heated toilets).
Of the minuses - on the floors and sometimes in the rooms it is very smoky, they clean poorly (there were steers, a lot of dust), the breakfasts are bad, perhaps normal for Hunchun, but, in general, bad, the kebab shop nearby helped out)
I liked the hotel, except for the sound insulation and the presence of steps in the room. But it's not critical for one night. To charge your phone, ask for an adapter at the reception, there are no European connectors in the room. In order to get to the floor, you need to attach a hotel card in the elevator. It is not needed for the descent. The main shopping street of Hongchun is a 10-15 minute walk away, but there is a good pharmacy at Rita's on the way.
Very comfortable rooms, everything is clean, cleaning every day, breakfasts are standard for China, quite tasty. Our family room had a shower and a bathroom.
The hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, a delicious variety of breakfasts, it's quiet at night, sleep well, it's not far to the center
A decent hotel, fresh renovation, normal rooms, while the Chinese like a glass wall between the bathroom and the bathroom. A greyhound toilet with a heater, remote control and backlight. Nearby there is a sauna, a cafe and a cool coffee shop. You can dance on the east square in the evening. I recommend.
